Minister of Works Babatunde Raji fashola and Chairman, Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote yesterday inspected ongoing reconstruction work on the Apapa, Oworonshoki and Ojota Expressway in Lagos. The Expressway is one of 19 road projects concessioned to the private sector under Executive Order 007. Apapa-Mile 2-Oshodi-Oworo Expressway is ~28km long, and will undergo full reconstruction. This will be the 1st full reconstruction since road built in 1970s into a 10-lane Road: 5 on either side. This road go still spoil if we don't have better alternative for the r getting heavy tankers out of the port. There is need for better alternative. |
