Abeg madam lie small small. Which fish there is 3kg? You hardly have any 1kg fish there. Those fishes you display are still well within the range of 700g to 800g.
And from the looks of it, those fishes have been dead for more than 4 hours. Which calls into question the kind of care and attention you have been giving them.

Sorry for your loss, that is what quit me from fishery in 2015, over 1800 fish of 2-3kg table size died over night. It could be devastating. If you have money try again. It's well with you.
