tinubu had the state party structure and house of assembly under his firm grip, obaseki pre-empted his move to hijack the assembly, hence he countered with a midnight inauguration, this is what has given him an edge so far.

It's not about Ambode or Obaseki. It depends on whom the Abuja cabals support. Whoever they support wins. Ambode is not stupid. The cabals supported Tinubu and Ambode was smart enough to see the hand writing on the wall early enough and he left with his dignity intact.

As for Edo, if the cabals back Oshiomhole, Oshiomhole wins and if the cabals back Obaseki, Obaseki wins.
