If he was an A list, c0mic writerz w0n't have dropped the character or heck, he'd have still had followership and remained a great pop culture ic0n. L0ok at Lex Luthor for example. He isn't featured in every issue or pages of the c0mics but when u hear his name, u kn0w who he is. Same with spiderman villains. These characterz are ic0ns. Lex luthor, joker are A listers. U can't rate MM with those guys in terms of popularity.
