There are rumours that he needs fresh blood, which he gets by using hsi Trucks to crush innocent citizens, especially in Southern parts of Nigeria, toget his business refreshed.

I know the man that was involved in the accident personally. it's a painful exit. big time hustler and he hustled till the last call. few minutes before this fatal accident, he was still at imowo eleran(an axis in ijebu ode) to sell some goats because that's his side job aside teaching. just for him to leave to confirm a transaction at the bank and boom! this unfortunate accident

When I was coming back to Ijebu-Ode on the 27th, I was really scared with the way the truck drivers are driving along that imowo-Ibadan road-Folagbade-Express way. Those truck drivers needs to be sanction if found driving recklessly.
The case of Dangote trucks killing people is becoming unbearable, same thing happened at itoro roundabout 2 years ago where 2people die instantly on the spot.
But who are we to blame if not our traffic wardens that flex their muscles on okada rider just because they wore no helmet than to impound the trucks for over speeding, reckless overtaking and so on..

Two trucks belonging to Dangote cement company has been set ablaze by angry mob for allegedly crushing two people to death.

The accident occurred today (Tuesday) in Imowo in the Ijebu-Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State.

According to reports, the trucks hit the victims, a motorcyclist and a passenger, from behind and crushed them to death.

The Public Relations Officer of the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps in the state, Babatunde Akinbiyi, confirmed the accident.

I wasn't there so I don't know the specifics of this incident but as a motorcyclist I cringe when I see the interactions between Okada and trailers in Nigeria.

How can you be on a responsive vehicle like Okada and be ran over by a truck?

Let's try to be more careful in the new year. My warning is more for the passengers, don't allow this unruly riders to ride you to your death. Get off the bike and say you're not doing anymore.
