Arteta learnt his lesson about keeping Ozil on the pitch when leading and heading into the final quarter of the game.
Emery will do same thing and expect different result.

If that is not a penalty then AWB should be getting a yellow card for that dive.
that ref is clearly bias , saka got booked for time wastage, but no man u player received yellow card for any of their challenge, especially that AWB diving

I think the players are committed to his tactics, so I don't think it will affect the team in any ways,

....my only fear is that it might expose the players to frequent injuries

did u notice No DM was pulled out for Guen? he was only added to shore up the midfield. A Wenger esque move

Actually Torreira was to be subbed off for Guen. That Lacazzette injury sacre/tiredness force Arteta's decision otherwise.

Notwithstanding I wasn't impressed with Guen and Neilson the few minutes they spent on the pitch. It was like Nielson has been playing with bare foot all his life and the first time he's wearing a boot he's falling all over the pitch

to be honest I was shocked when Guendouzi came on for lacazette.

this guy really learnt a lot from Wenger and pep

I think the fans should apologize to xhaka and his family, because obviously the real culprit was Mr. Good Ebening

Omo Lacazette no get stamina. At all. 60 minutes my guy Don dey breathe through e mouth.
This is unfair to him. He has big stamina. Won more aerial balls than any other attacker today.

You should rather say Nelson Broom wey dey sweep green pitch lacks stamina.

Torreira was about to be removed, but that Laca knock changed the sub idea. Even the commentator said so too.

Nice game.

I pray the intensity of the training begin to yield longer minutes for Lacazette. The intensity affects him the most. And its bringing a beast outta Ozil. Irony.

He obviously learnt from the mistake of the last match where he allowed a tiring midfield to struggle for a long time.

The short time it took Arteta getting these guys playing flowing football is a massive credit to him.

Emery isn't as terrible as you may want him to be. He had a bad spell that's all. He wasn't meant for us. So many issues with communication and man management plus unbalanced tactics and player usage.

He is off, don't bury his ghost.

1. Communication issue
2. Man management issue
3. Unbalance tactics/ player usage issue

U listed these 3 issues he was unable to solve and yet you say he isn't as terrible as we saw him huh

Oya what else defines a terrible manager?

It's surprising. I can't even understand he was able to do it.

I mean look at that play from the back we struggled with all tru the first half of the season. Most times I pray silently that ball doesn't get to the back because we will lose it before we build to the midfield.

Just look at how easily we transit the ball from defence to attack now. Even the shaky Sokratis when he looks like almost in a fix finds space and passes to Luiz who then plays the ball forward.

The way Torreira bumps forward, breaks opposing team attacks and move the ball to forward players makes me speechless and wonder what kind of magic Arteta performed on those guys.

We need to work on our counter attacks though, it’s poor, very poor.

I personally think it's because of playing Auba on the side and not CF. Most times again Pepe doesn't know when to make a run instead of waiting and wanting to take on any defender, at times u just need to run and not dribble unnecessarily sha
