Worst case is he confirmed pet. has returned the money to him, to refund me the money since October 20th unlock request was placed. He promised 5-14days. On November he said unlock was not successful he would return the money.
A week passed no refund then he claimed he didn't have money to return at that point, I was patient then Dec 2nd he said the money has been returned to he's account that he would refund me that week.
