The Ekiti election na rigging. If not, Eleka would have emerged the winner. But notwithstanding, Fayemi should be lenient on the masses for he never knows what the future is holding.

Some of you are quick to conclude, do you know if those sacked workers are ghost workers or fake employment?

I used to think you're knowledgeable. you just open your mouth with your filthy hands to type faster than your reasoning

being intelligent and experience about things is two different things. how did fayose defended heritage and dignity. what did you know about Ekiti state before saying rubbish

Ekiti state in the hand of fayose almost made a once respected state look like a joke in Yoruba land. if you called eating in local place and wearing canvass up and down like native clown protection then I'm sorry for your IQ

should I talk about the useless bridge this guy built in Ado? that could have established another form of employment as Fayemi done with Ikogosi.

this fayose your lord owed workers 7months salaries and still split it in the workers face, employed another workers to put more burden on the state and you're ranting on what you've no idea of. if Fayemi is PDP it would have been nice but as he's in other party then is wrong

So you cant correct people without throwing a hot jab?

There are thousands ways to correct people whom you think are less knowledgeable about things. Fayose/Fayemi- I don't want to discuss it

I think most of them deserve their punishments, if you can vote for Fayemi with what u all went through in his first administration and yet u allowed him for second time because of one stupid party. Then you have no option than to thank him for taking you to the next level
Note; no one voted for them
Oshomole and tinubu rigging blueprint was used in ekiti, thats all

People were sacked for age and qualifications falsification and labour union is preventing the sack of any such elements on the government’s pay roll. That is the depth to which Nigeria has sunk. Sad. The reality is if anyone has been wrongly accused and sack, let them appeal or sue the government for wrongful dismissal. Otherwise, let them go home. In fact, in saner climes, they will be charged and punished for obtaining pecuniary gain through deception.

They are not ghost workers. They are genuine and active workers.

Something tells me that neither Fayemi nor Fayose of PDP have answers to the problems in Ekiti State. The Pride and self-centeredness in these people can't make them govern well.Their ego and lack of good governance dynamics are making the people of the State doubts their credibility. In fact nobody expects Fayemi to be sacking the workers in the State now. Can't Ekiti just have peace?.Fayemi is like more interested in Federal affairs than governing his own state as we can see lately.it is better he heeds elder's advise to run good and inclusive government other than being a Federal agent.

When a govt wakes up and decided to sack about 20 underpaid doctors working in the emergency, in an institution that when they call for recruitments nobody applies because of poor renumeration, how do you explain that.

How do explain that nurses who have 5 years to retire are compulsorily sent home because u feel their salary which is not up to one hundredth of a politician estacode is too much.

How do u compulsorily retire a 27year old man with less than 5 years in service.

Ayed44:
And who told you Ekiti state workforce is unproductive?

The indices, actually. Little contribution to very poor IGR, unnecessary and wasteful duplication of job functions, inefficiency primarily engendered by appointment of un- and under-qualified personnel, and recruitment just to pander to populist views, widespread issues of impunity nepotism, and corruption, dearth of tools and methodologies for quality output (govt complicit here too) amidst others.
