The Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Lawan Andimi, who was kidnapped on Saturday has called on CAN, the governor of Adamawa State, Fintiri and other authorities to come to his rescue.

Andimi’s disappearance followed a foiled attack on Michika LGA by Boko Haram insurgents on Thursday

However, Andimi claimed he hasn't been mistreated by the Boko Haram abductees

Why can't they practice what they preach...go to churches and hear these men coerce you to sow seeds of faith when they do not even know what it is to have faith.

A whole CAN leader thinks it is safer to call on the authorities instead of to call on the Most High to save him.
