U contact their customer service after 60 days like AliExpress. Dy will create a ticket for you. Whenever dy reply ur ticket let them know u want ur money in ur bank account, not in Gearbest wallet.

This Friday 9 Jan is an ideal day for dispute opening if you are still expecting 11 :11 orders in the air. I get like 4 dt are still flying. But check ur Nipost office first b4 going ahead to open the dispute

Hi, I just started shopping via aliexpress a month ago and it's been approx 39 days since I made my first order and I'm yet to get the package. The painful part is I haven't been getting the current location of the product as it always show about 20days old info whenever I check on tracking site and apps llike 17track.
Now, I've been seeing something like "you can only open dispute 15 days before your buyer protection expires ".. And, I don't know how I could find "my buyer protection" counter via the app like I've been seeing in pictures on posts I've read.

This is getting out of hand. Are you sure AE is actually shipping these phones to Nigeria?
How come there are so many complaints about phone delivery to Nigeria this period? When you read comments from other countries, you will see they are getting theirs in 3 or 4 weeks. I am beginning to doubt AE credibility

I open dispute and got this...

I think it has something to do with Nigeria and not AE, granted there are some scammers on AE.

An uncle of mine works at Nipost Yola and he told me that sometimes some packages get stolen when they arrive at Lagos other times maybe they fall somewhere and go missing and to add that sometimes after customs inspect a package they are reluctant to forward it on time.

Baba go respectfully disturb them, ask them to see the registered packages' record/book from the day it arrived to today.
It is with them, maybe they are lazy and haven't finished sorting things out.
