FG Charges Joseph Olorunjuwon Agbenla With Abuse Of Office by Kwanza: 11:51am On Jan 07, 2020
The Federal Government has filed charges against the President in Council, Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SCN), Joseph Olorunjuwon Agbenla for alleged abuse of office.

Agbenla, who retired as the Permanent Secretary / Surveyor-General, Lagos State, is charged with receiving about N5million as allowances for conferences not attended.

The four-count charge filed before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), now assigned to Justice A. O. Obong (who sits in Zuba), was filed by the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC).

If you didn't attend, return the cash through Kyari stylishly before you are asked to step aside, and further replaced.

ICPC is a useless and corrupt agency. The immediate past surveyor general of the federation committed worse crimes and stole billions of Naira with incontrovertible evidences before the commission. Instead of taking him to court, they took bribe and buried the case. They should be prosecuting the bigger thieves instead of pursuing people that stole chicken change.

cheesy Remember Prof.Yusuf(NHIS sec.) was even reinstated twice without any investigation by the hypocritical anti-corruption fighting govt of Maj.Gen.M.Buhari(Rtd) despite former Minister of Health-Prof.Isaac Adewole setting up a board of inquiry that indicted him twice for corruption

Bashir Magashir is still defense minister despite indict- ment in corruption during the Abacha era.Lawal Daura is about to be reinstated.Only southerners are always corrupt(Obono-Obla, Adeosun, Onnoghen, Eyo-Ita, OUK, Northern minority Christians etc).Fight corruption holistically they wont yet they claim they're fighting corruption.

Obviously these bigots didn't read!!!

When will you stop politicizing matters.

The one who published the news is the king of mischief. They had to mention FG so that it will look like a religious issue since the victim is Christian.

Instead of doing that, wouldn't it have been easier to mention that ICPC lied against him? But no, they chose to beg the question and appeal to emotions. Only gullible dogmas fall for such cheap antics.

The Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs . Winifred Oyo -Ita , has said President Muhammadu Buhari is aware of the reinstatement of a former Chairman of the Pension Reforms Commission , Mallam Abdulrasheed Maina, into the civil service.
She however said she warned the President against it .

Oyo - Ita said that her warning was based on the implications such reinstatement would have on the anti - corruption war of the Federal Government .

The HoS stated this in her memo to the Chief of Staff to the President, Mr. Abba Kyari .
The memo , with reference number HSCSF/ HCSF/ LU/ COR/FCSC/ 750 / T, was dated October 23, 2017 .

The memo , titled , “ Re : Abdulrasheed Abdullahi Maina, ” was received in the office of the Chief of Staff to the President on October 23.

A copy of the memo was sighted by our correspondent in Abuja on Monday .

The President had directed the HoS to investigate the circumstances that surrounded the return of Maina to the civil service.

He gave the directive following the public outcry that trailed Maina’ s reinstatement.

Maina, whose whereabouts is still unknown , has been accused of embezzling pensioners ’ funds running into billions of naira and is currently under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Explaining further , the HoS said she met the President after the Federal Executive Council meeting of Wednesday, October 11 , where she verbally warned Buhari against bringing Maina back to the service.

Stepping on gradually, the canker worm I s eating deep.
I heard the Government already acquired 30,000 hectares of land for the cattlemen in every state.
So my southern zombie friends;
How's Market?
How much CHANGE remains for you after the quarterly audit?
And hope you've invested it into NEXT LEVEL.
keep celebrating your OWN-GOAL

I hope this isn't true. I sincerely do NOT trust this president. Even if I do, I do not trust whoever they want to give those lands to.
