Pls a quick enquiry, How many self contain (bed sitter) and a mini flat (one room and parlour) can a 2 storey building contain on a plot of land 50 by 100 with parking space. Tanks.

I you actually do pay on delivery, how come you still get criticized for cheating?

I still don't the correlation, cause if you supply me, I inspect to confirm and then issue a cheque or bank Transfer, how come people still complain that you are a fraud?

I have a failed delivery with my client, i plead deliver later he insisted i refund part payment he made, so came online to said i fraud him.
