We're pleased to introduce to the house our nourishing body butter designed to even out skin tone without any toxic ingredient.

Contains no hydroquinone or acid. Rich in tumeric, licorice extract and grapeseed oil. Great for breastfeeding mums who suffered a bit of hyperpigmentation during pregnancy. This butter absorbs well into the skin and has no adverse effect on your suckling.

Oh and did we say how heavenly it smells? Interested? Send us a request on WhatsApp 0803-335-6187 or email scentnigeria@yahoo.com

Congrats on his progress. Are you on Instagram? There's a mum that posts tips there. Her handle is workingmum_diary
Thank you Mama. I'd check her handle out. He just started running temperature yesterday, maybe teething but I'm taking to the hospital to run tests... Resumption has been canceled for this week due to his health, so I have this week to prepare properly. Thank you once again.

Good day Mamas. Please my one year old will be starting school (playgroup) on Monday. I'm totally at lost on how to prepare for this... The kind of food or snacks to prepare and package for him, diaper and clothing change and just anything I need to know and do in preparation since it's be my first time leaving with with strangers.

Congrats to you and yours.....here is what i pack for my 13months..
--potato pottage or plantain pottage cooked with crayfish or blended chicken or fish or little sardine.
--i pack a set of cereal, either cereals with milk,or without milk..i have this cereal dispenser, so it helps me measure for the day.
--- a cup of yoghurt, or smoothie..or ribena. i make smoothie and put in diff. cup and freeze, so i just put one in her bag..]
---one boiled egg.
---water...cold and hot.
----biscuit or cheese ball..she likes cheese ball...

Congratulations ....Thank God for safe delivery.

You should eat well.rest well...clean the incision site with spirit day & night. so it doesnt get infected.
dont lift heavy things......take care of baby..don't be in a haste to loose tummy fat, it wil reduce by itself..
just don't stress yourself...take care of your incision site...if you notice any swelling or unusual pls visit the hospital...

that's the much i can remember cuz i ve been there...mine ,a part got a little swollen and was bringing out pores, had to visit the hospital so they pressed all pores out and cleaned properly again so it doesnt get infected....was very painful..but we are over it now....13months and counting...

so just take care of yourself and congratulations again.

@iomoge2, please assist a sister. Can you confirm the effectiveness and durability of the Kinyo electric breast pump. You stated it in an earlier poat that you bought it.
Also, any mum that has used it should advise.

Thanks

.
It’s very effective although I have given it out.
But it was my best cos it’s grip is outta this world.
It is the only pump that gave me sensations of breastfeeding thereby making the milk flow.
Nubi auto/manual didn’t do it for me.
The one is use now is just convenient cos I can pump in the car or anywhere due to it using usb charger. But Kinyo is good.

A friend still uses hers from 4years ago
Mine too was gotten over 3years ago

Good evening beautiful mothers and mum to be, I'm sorry I have to bring this here, cos this is the best place I can bring this anyways, I'm a mum of two and my second child clocked 1 on 23rd of Dec.2019, My first menstruation after having this boy was on Nov. 13th 2019, by Dec this month, I had sex close to my ovulation and sensing that it could result into pregnancy, I took enough salt water that almost chocked me out (although it was the next day), unfortunately I missed my period, and testing I found out I'm positive. I don't want this baby because it's not planned for, please what's the best way to get rid of this.... I've discussed this with my husband and he is also inw full support... Please help

Am just reading this now and I hope it's not late.

I had this same experience, my child was 18 months I was in shock at the positive pregnancy test result and then came to accept the result I started planning for the child, then I had a miscarriage, and then I was depressed lossing the pregnancy, I felt it was because I wasn't excited about being pregnant then I cried and was more depressed. Now its so bad because all my first time pregnancy mate are all pregnant and am not.

Their children will be a constant reminder to me.
I believe you can look over your plans again and give your baby a chance to live.

Discuss with your doctor, depends on how many years you want, you should carefully weigh the risks and benefits, along with the effectiveness of each method before choosing a birth control method. A thorough and open discussion with a health care-professional can help in this decision process.
