How can you get confused? The post is simple and clear. If you have been mobilized before but could not attend due to reasons best known to you. You are advice to remobilize but you cannot choose another 4 states. You will still been given the states you have chosen before

I was mobilized since 2018 Batch A.
Not been able to report to camp since then.

Batch C 2018 all I did was re-validation, just go to the portal during registration and select 4 new locations.
2019 batch A and C, did the same.

So,
More reason I'm confused, is remobilization for "people who reported to camp, did everything and neglected the service year"

Please I'm confused, I was mobilised by my school for batch c last year but I didn't do any registration whatsoever. Would I still do remobilisation?, because on visiting the nysc portal I saw "state of deployment" but I wasn't deployed at all.

same with me.... my name was on the senate list..I didn't do any registration... I guess we are to revalidate when batch A starts registration
