There's been reports of a protest by members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) popularly known as Shi’ites, over the killing of a top Iranian General, Qasem Soleimani.

The Shi'ites group, protested the killing of Soleimani in Banex, Wuse Area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja on Monday, January 6, 2020.

They shouldn't drag Nigeria into this war

So long as no lives were lost, they can protest as much as they deem fit.

Last time they protested in solidarity with their muslim brothers (when Bush jnr. decided to invade afganistan in retaliation for 9/11), many nigerians from the southern part of the country, irrespective of their religious affiliations or political leanings were slaughtered in the north.

Yet, no arrests were made but we are continually been told that, we are one united nation. Indeed ! Smh
