4 - Custom duty
5 - Damaged delivery
6 - Faulty goods


If you have no stomach for the above, you have no place ordering from China.....

Noobody, has no place refunding till the process is gone through. Did the facilitator and buyer sign any legally binding contract?

That is the sellers problem... He never told the buyer that he would have to wait for 60 days for a refund, two to three weeks was what the buyer was told... We all understand that Aliexpress has these issues from time to time, but that Is not the issue here, the issue on ground is the buyer was never made aware of it, he said two to three weeks, so ultimately if that time has elapsed the seller should not delay in refunding his money if he asks for a refund... I tried that with Laptop sometimes 2016, OMO 1 month was 1 year. Cox I was promised 2 weeks. Since den, I vowed not to preoder again, buying one Item doesn't worth it.

Nope,it wasnt modfied,chk out my previous posts,befor the buyer laid a complaint sir and after the buyer complained,even befor i explained it better,i have always promised guranteed refund if items dont arrive,no one can ever come out to say i have never refunded.

And as well,i never promised the buyer automatic refund after 3 weeks,all i promised was 2-3 weeks delivery,which i failed to inform the buyer how aliexpress refund system works,which i have honestly apologised for.

The buyer as well is familiar with aliexpress and i did not make this rules.

You didn't mention any policy before he paid you. All these policy issues came up after a month that he paid you. But this issue you said long ended doesnt end until the op recieves his refund,

Aliexpress served as escrow btw me and the buyer,once i dont recieve the item withing a specified amount of time,aliexpress doesnt pay the buyer,the money is refunded back to me,simple as that.that has always been the rule since inception,no one can change that,
We all know how busy the december shipping can be.
There have been cases of fraud on nairaland in which those involved were truly at fault and no one could save them,
And i promise you this is not a fraud case sir,
Everything would be settled in less than 5 days time,i would file for a dispute,we would all see when aliexpress would intervene,refund would be paid the minute,aliexpress refunds us,thanks for your input sir
