Can someone help me interpret it pls.

pls what do you mean sir, do you mean i have it.. No drug was prescribed for me

You should trust the doctor's interpretation then unless he's a quack.
Go to another clinic and take the test if you don't trust this result and interpretation. You don't need to get yourself this so worked up.
The year just started, you have a lonng way to go.

Levofloxacin one morning one night for a week (I guess)
Paracetamol two morning,two afternoon,two night for 3days

thanks, iwent to redo the test today, and it came out negative for the second time... Did scan too, and nothing abnormal was found...

thanks... I went back to another doctor, did all the tests and scan, still HIV negative.. But they said i have malaria... But is it not malaria that i have been treating since 2019,how come it's still there

What did you use to treat the malaria

You haven't been properly treated. They keep loading you with ACTs when it's obvious you need something better and more drastic. I would have recommended some drugs for you here but it's unethical for me to do that. Go to a good hospital or pharmacy and talk to a pharmacist.

You are actually negative

Your sickness is as a result of over workload on your body

Take a break and have some rest

If possible, take a leave and visit some where else, you will be fine if you did

Make sure you don't allow things to get you depressed

If your environment or any thing is causing depression on you, stay away from that thing for the time being
