This animal was caught in a construction site in my school today. I presume this is a sloth because of how slow it is. I didn't even know we have it in Nigeria. It a very firm grip with the limbs and the teeth. Treat it carefully if you come across it because it bites hard (I didn't know if it's venomous) 9 Likes

It's only a matter of time before this one starts boiling in a pot of pepper-soup  No be Naija we dey? By the way, OP, that's likely not a sloth. Sloths usually have 2-to-3 digits on their fore and hind limbs (varies depending on specie); but not five. Yours has five, so it's likely not a sloth. 11 Likes 1 Share |
