Depends on what you want.
If it entails adding page layouts, making table of contents and making it click able, adding of page numbers, adding headers and footers e.t.c I charge 2k for 24 page book.
This increases proportional to the number of pages of a book.

You will still charge. People really don't value free things. Put a price on it, they will value it more. As far as it is worth it, people will always pay for values.

It's all about what you can offer. If you are giving it out free, people won't take action. I love paying for things I know will benefit me.

4. It's not too long and spammy (short and concise always works)

No amount is too small. When I started I was making as little as $100 a month..you just have to keep publishing and refining your strategies..sooner or later one of your books will hit it big time..you then analyse what worked well and do more of that
