If you are talking about a Payoneer account, you can go ahead and open a Nigerian one. It's as good as any.

What Payoneer actually does is open an account for you in a U. S BANK. And that's why it's non-negotiable for you to use your real details throughout.

That's what has been stopping me from writing any more books. I just see sharks, whales and piranhas in every niche I've found. The competition is outright BLOODY .
