It doesn't state that expressly but as regards language requirements, it mentions french firstly at not less than CLB 7 and English at CLB 6. That's the basis for my assumption. I saw the same on the OINP thres on Canadavisa and Danmisla mentioned using French as first language to get the NOI

Yeah!...DanMisla did mention it and I've seen it on Canadavisa too......but Ontario could at least have it in black & white.

... "Ielts-analyzing" the grammar of the screenshot though, perhaps they did write it in black and white when they said you should have CLB7 French and ALSO have CLB6 in English...which would imply that you should have the TEF first.

First of, you have to pay cash at the institute to register. I didn't have to pay for accommodation and all that cos I stayed with a friend.

They had preparatory classes I attended but it's nothing really intensive. But you can always pay extra if you want.

I would recommend www.linguee.com/english-french.

It doesn't just translate words but whole expressions and gives different alternatives from a variety of sources. Useful for EE and EO.
