When I say Nigeria has no future and hope, people tag me a pessimist.

Because I can't phantom the rationale behind owing a group of villagers a meager $30/m for keeping the country safe, when they should be in their farms producing income and food for the nation and their family.

This is way low beyond pathetic.

Don't be surprised that the actual approved budget is above 100,000 Naira for each person but the authorities will just release 10,000 Naira which they are even struggling to pay. But who will investigate them? This is Nigeria.

Aren’t these so-called vigilantes drawn from people that live in the areas threatened by Bokoharam? Is it now so safe where they live that they believe they can return fulltime to their former trade and abandon the effort to help the army defeat Bokoharam ? Or are these Vigilantes foreigners to the area in which they help battle Bokoharam?

na waoo, just immagine, 10k monthly salary to do such a risky job, yet govt is still owing them. that the gov ordered for the immediate payment of the money, means that the money had been released, but may 've been swallowed by the same corruption, bubu govt claimed to be fighting.

This is very sick. The big men profiteering the blood of innocent lives.

Just like the emerging war between the US and Iran, the big men will make killer profits and the young military men/women will pay with their lives, not to talk of the civilian lives in millions that will perish.
