The Biggest Rabbit In The World (weight: 45pounds) by Adeling(m): 1:26pm On Jan 15, 2020
A woman raised one of these rabbits in Worcester, England. Unlike an ordinary rabbit, this woman raises the largest rabbit in the world. The rabbit, named Darius, has been identified by Guinness Records as the largest rabbit in the world. It is 1.22 meters in length and weighs 45 pounds. It eats 12 carrots and other large amounts of food every day. If it comes down every year, it will eat about 4,000 US dollars (about 24,792 yuan).

Its owner said that this rabbit has been eating every day and can't stop at all. It almost eats up everything in the house, which is very upsetting.

Carrots are not the only food for this rabbit. His favorite food is hay, and he always wants more food. So when it tried to steal more food, its owner could not get angry and was very helpless.

The world's largest rabbit currently has a strong competitor. This "rival" is its son Jeff. Both father and son live in the UK and are the darlings of the owner's family. From the available data, Darius is over 1.32 meters in length and weighs 22 kg. His son has also reached 1.12 meters in length, and the "rabbit" has six months of growth, so his height and weight are not much more than his father's.

In Nigeria you won't spend up to that amount, not even half that amount.

According to the owner he eats about 12carrots a day and other things, 1k would buy the 12carrots and other little food for him daily so 1k times by 365 = 365k

I personally spend upto 30k a month in upkeep/feeding my puppy the very first 2-3months they arrive while in a year I spend more than 200k for just one dog (feeding, vaccine, dog gears, treatment and all that)

Feeding a pet is a thing of fun and I plan on getting a rabbit or two maybe next year

Why would one spend so much money to get a lovely pet and end up feeding it waste food??

If you ain't financially okay to get one then you save up then buy when you're balanced

Abi naw, am a rabbit breeder myself n I can tell you if u 30% of what she spent on that bunny is more than enough to get it to this size, for one 3-4 carrots 3times a week is idle, if they eat excess they'll pass it out as edible feaces with nutrents that they might go back to when hungry, one thing to note is carrot isnt food, it's just a treat, wont make them grow big or fat, its just vitamin a/c that they enjoy n too much of it might lead to medical issues at their peak age

I salute your neighbor. I once got a rabbit and ignorantly kept it indoors. The things just sprints into tight corners and defecates everywhere. angry

..and their poop? It stinks to high heavens. I had to pass it on to a friend during one of my trips. I later learned that when his house got engulfed in toxic poop fumes, he promptly handed it over to his neighbour who made a delicious pot of soup out of it shortly after. grin
