Bunch of cry cry babies. The CJN should resign because SC judgment didn't go in their favor this time. It's how democracy and the justice system works, if you don't trust the SC, don't take suit to them. It's not by emotion and sentiment, but by who makes the best logical argument at the court. May power never reach these bunch of morons ever again. |

Yeye people, can the CJN also recuse himself from Zamfara judgement where they handed the losers the state from house of assembly members to Governor’s seat. As I dey pain them ,I dey sweet us. I said it that Ihedioha was never supposed to be declared the winner becos he never made the constitutional 25 % of the lga. He only rigged in his mbaise lga winning majority of votes in only 3lga. For those of you saying that Kano will go for pdp, I laugh in Sweden, Kano election was declared inconclusive becos of the cancelled votes and rerun followed after. Had it been they ordered rerun in imo state, that would have been better. In law, no two similar cases are the same and would receive the same judgement. Ozekome can no longer win court cases since Onnoghen was removed, oh, I forgot that pdp said today that they will no longer use him as their lead counsel. Yeye dey smell. May pdp continue wailing or they can kukuma bring their cjn Onnoghen back and remove Tanko. I don’t know why they always wail when judgement did not favour them. Worthy of note that their Atiku even told Ihedioha to accept the verdict and move on and they are here wailing. I don’t know how it will be possible to bribe the 7 judges who in unanimous decision gave the verdict . Una wailing just dey start. Sokoto might still go if care is not taken. Judges look at the evidences before them and not sentiment. So if their lead counsel for sokoto did not present their case well, sorry go be their name. They can wail from now till tomorrow and nothing will change. |

“If the people no longer repose confidence in the Supreme Court, then our democracy, national cohesion and stability are at great risk ![]() Exactly what I'm expecting from the wailing party their democracy always in danger when it's not in their favour ![]() What a party ![]() |

festacman:After this long write up, I was hoping you will explain how the total votes is now more than the accredited votes. The duty of the supreme court is to correct "the smelly mess created by fraudlent actvities of self-centred politicians" and not add to it. My guy make you Fear God small nna 1. Supreme Court Judgement Votes ...... ..925, 825 2. Voters accredited by INEC was...... . ... 823, 743 3. Difference........103, 082

festacman:You started saying something and ended up saying nothing. Let me ask you, was that the best decision to make? When has it becomes the duty of the judiciary to allocates votes to the parties? Should n’t it have been in the best interest of the nation and the disenfranchised voters for the court to order for a new election in those PU’s? So it’s only APC that score votes in those PU’s? |

PDP has come to a sorry pass indeed! Imagine a Party Chairman saying stuff like this! He is supposed to be educated and claims to be a democrat! How far away is four years to warrant a tear-down of the Supreme Court just because a decision is considered unfavourable! Besides, that decision is sound in law and logic. Secundus should at best be second fiddle in PDP administration. By the way, his penchant for making obviously bad and uninformed choices has APC presently in power in Osun State. Ogunbiyi was sure to coast home to comfortable victory against APC’s Oyetola who was secretly praying for PDP to field the dancing bear who like forever is a hard sell! |

Commentor:In public's forum you should not allow your sentiment to outweigh truth and reality. In the said election APC have no single 1 member in the state house of assembly while PDP has a majority of the seats.13 in that matter. It is like saying fresh party of Nigeria won presidential election. I hope you get it.so stop supporting evil for no just cause. |

Kwanza:Don't precipitate crisis in Imo state. Majority in Imo state have accepted the Supreme Court judgement. That election day, PDP candidate, Ihedioha, scored impossible huge number of votes - nearly 150,000, from two rural local govt areas of his home constituency. PDP aide of Ihedioha tore result scripts of APC candidate right in front of INEC officials and the law enforcement agents. |

PDP should stop behaving like spoilt children. When all the elective positions won by APC in Zamfara including governorship were handed over to them unexpectedly by same supreme court, they never rejected the unmerited gifts nor abused the leadership of supreme court. We should learn to obey national institutions such as supreme court, INEC, DSS/SSS etc that are non partisan. |

PROPHETmichael:Don't let them go to REVIEW FIRST how PDP's Ihedioha got nearly 150,000 votes from two rural local govt areas in his home area. Vote manufacturing plant (VMP), must have been built by Ihedioha in the two local government areas.
