Their protest can only derail further injustice or make the opposition to be more tactical in subsequent dealing...
Alas, it's will all amount to flogging a dead horse.. Cos, absolute power corrupt absolutely

PDP to stage a protest that what happened?
The worst opposition I have ever seen in my life.
These set of PDP members are so brittle and susceptible, infact they lack all it takes to cough, let alone to regain power in 2023.

Because they scored an own goal... They are suppose to protest against the leadership of there party, how will you field 2 candidates for a singular election, it only shows how disorganized they are, same thing almost happened in IMO,same happened in Rivers.

How those judges managed to declare Hope the winner still baffles me considering the fact that the Senator came a distant fourth in the election.

The total votes cast is now greater than the number of registered voters.

The judges are mathematical gurus...Naija I hail thee!!!!! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
Too lazy to read? Hope came 4th because some people from INEC, Imo state collected money and canceled election from 388 polling units even when they were not authorised to do so. Hope took this case of his cancelled votes as far as to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court said, Hei INEC, in our previous judgements, we have warned you not to temper with polling units results provided they are duly signed by presiding officers. Only the courts have the right to cancel any presiding officer declared result. Hope raised this, Ihedioha's lawyers didn't object and today, you are wondering how a 4th person whose stronghold polling unit results were excluded has won an election.

Who are they trying to deceive with their protest. When judgement were in their favor in Rivers State, Zamfara State,Oyo state to mention but few they commended the Court. Now because it's not in their favor they want to protest an Unproductive protest about the Supreme Court case that is final. A court of NO APPEAL.

I'm from Imo and I was there during the last general election so we know how it played out.

Everyone wanted Emeka Ihedioha and most Imolites voted for him and he won Undoubtedly.

Hope Uzodinma even wrestled Rochas Okorocha to ensure he didn't succeed in planting his son in-law as the next governor.

Hope Uzodinma came fourth after the selection.

APC later realised that they have lost in Imo state which is the only state they could have retained in the entire SouthEast by hook or crook.

Then they have to wait at the apex court to strike like a viper.

" INEC figure of accredited voters stood at 823,743, the apex court, through its judgment, shot the number to 950,952".

shame on our Judiciary and APC led government.

Falana just explained the courts decision on arise tv and I think he Cleared the supreme on its actions as correct based on the evidence brought b4 it of which neither Pdp nor iNEC cud validate or dispute at the time.

The Pdp lawyer was sloppy and not prepared. That’s why they lost, not the judges fault.

Zamfara and Rivers cases were too glaring (no primaries conducted). You people should not be using it as a pretext and reason to cover the judicial atrocity committed by the Supreme Court
The question is if it were PDP that was affected by those judgements in Zamfara and River States as they affected APC, would you or PDP have said the cases were too glaring? Wouldn't you have said it was because APC was in power and that was why they were using the judiciary to stop opposition from contesting elections and for handing over the opposition's mandates to their candidates that didn't win?

What happened in Zamfara, care to enlighten us? cos I don't see any similarity here.... "The Supreme Court ruled that the All Progressives Congress (APC) did not hold valid party primaries as required by law." This is my own understanding, the APC sued themselves to court and got a ruling, there was no external influence there... so please stop mis-educating people.

Go and tell the Supreme Court.

Case is closed and buried!
I'm only correcting the guy that was trying to misinform the public that the Supreme Court inflated the total votes in the election above the total registered voters after adding Hope Nzodinma's votes that were excluded from the total votes cast.

The correct situation was that the total votes were not more than the registered voters but more than the accredited voters, the situation which the Supreme Court had held in many decided cases in the past that when such happens, it doesn't invalidate the votes as long as those votes were signed by parties and observers and also certified by Presiding Officers in the affected units as actual votes cast in those units. Nyesom Wike was a beneficiary of this position in 2015 election.
