It is unarguably true that from a self-made city, Uyo has rapidly and strategically grown to become one of the most beautiful, peaceful, green and fastest growing cities in Nigeria thanks to the recent huge investments in industrialization, technology, travels and tourism which has clearly positioned the city for more immigrations thereby creating a strong demand for massive investment in housing and real estate.

With six airline flying daily to Uyo, a state owned airline ibom air which makes Uyo one of Nigeria most accessible cities and the Ibaka Deep Seaport project underway, certainly sure is the fact that the rate of development, commerce, immigration and industrial revolution etc will certainly if not more, triple.

It is then pertinent that developers take advantage of the relatively low cost of land and building materials, prepare and abreast themselves of the massive inflow of cash awaiting to rain.

This Chinese Chinese yiwu international market in Nigeria is currently under construction in eket.
Phase 1 Will be completed 2 quarter 2020.

Don't mind them, they're jealous of the developments, if you ask where he's from now e go be Abia or imo, one thing I love about Aks is the road network and the fact that there are no hawkers makes the roads clean
