yes it will go to the supreme court since it was PRE ELECTION matters. but election tribunal for National Assembly ends in court of appeal.
You are right.i believe the supreme court will set aside this spurious decision and finally deal with those corrupt and rascal judges at the fct high court that are fond of always giving dangerous and ridiculous decisions.they should have been guided by contemporary supreme court rulings in atiku vs buhari 2019 supra and adeleke vs inec and ors

Get yourself properly informed before abusing other people more informed than you.

Senatorial pre-election matter can go all the way up to the supreme court. It is only Election Tribunal cases for Legislative positions that stops at the Court of Appeal.

And you feel you sound smart. You only answered based on your limited knowledge.

The case will reach supreme Court as the issue of contention is simply certificate determination not Senatorial election issues.

Try and use your brain and understand the law.

Cant you see the FCT High Court in the report??

Is that an election tribunal??

High courts (both state and federal) entertain pre-election matter.

Post election matter is not their jurisdiction but that of an election tribunal.

Even at that, it does not stop politicians from cunningly taking such cases there. Cases outside of their jurisdiction are usually struck out. But that does not stop politicians from appealing the verdicts up to the supreme court.
