To those asking where the funding of the security scheme will come from, you need not to stress yourself. If we can pay for the electricity which we don't use, if we can pay Tax without getting social amenities and security from the government, we are ready to pay tax to secure lives of our people.

We need no funding from FG

Look if the Govs call for Nigerians in diaspora to contribute £1 or $1 a month as minimum support, trust me Amotekun will even have better salary structure than Police.
