After signing an undertaken that he’ll pay last week
He pleaded to pay this week, he then called me yesterday and commanded that I should meet him let’s rediscuss, then I told him I didn’t have anything to discuss with him that we came to a resolution of him paying which we sealed in signing and if he wanted a discussion that he should contact my uncle who is handling the case , he refused and told me that I should meet him if I’m serious.

As I said he wrote an undertaken on the 31st December 2019 to pay the first installment of 150,000 on first or second week of January and the final installment of February.
He didn’t pay the first installment by 2nd week- he pleaded to pay on the 3rd week which I agreed. This is third week he called me today that he’ll breach the undertaken, he now claims the undertaken was taken under duress that my cousin with a tattoo and my uncle scared him at the hospital. He said the HOD of his department who is also the chairman of Nigerian Dental Association in the whole Abba state that the highest he can get is a query.
He then pushed my cousin and an altercation started the hospital patrol took the three of us to their office we narrated the story and their head took us the HOD of the dental department, he said the man is not a dentist but he works in their technical department and the man brought the case to him on Tuesday and he cautioned him.
The man told me he saw my post on Nairaland and that I should delete it, that I’m tarnishing the image of the dental department- that he was angered by my post and shouldn’t be talking to me, his nephew kept insult me and my cousin in the HOD’s office (I have the recording) the man said he doesn’t have anything to do about it and that if the issue escalates as he already told the man- he would give the guy a query. The guy happy left and we were taken to a police station were he kept bragging and making phone calls. He was making jest of me that the hospital dumped my case and arrested me

Alternatively, create a campaign on twitter, tag segalink EFCC ICPC PUBLIC COMPLAINT COMMISSION, share the link here and let the retweets gets to the right audience. I hope this helps
