Mine is 3 years and It can also be paralleled

However yes those figures you are quoting indeed can cost 2 kidneys (depends on who is selling though) and ofcourse yours would/may have more bells and esthetic than mine. For instance I can't tell accurately determine the battery circle number but it seem yours monitors that.

The pylontech is superb and can't be compared with anyhow lithium.

According to that SCC manual, the moment you select Lithium option as the charging parameter, the SCC algorithm disregards "float" setting and only reckons with the bulk charge, even though the float voltage is displayed when you go through the parameters, but it no longer takes part in the charging algorithm.

28.6v/14.3v and 28.8v/14.4v is about the setting I had mine which trips the overvootage protection alarm of the LFP. The battery charges to 14.4v and holds there alright, but I realize that when the sun gets momentarily brighter/hotter, the voltage transiently (for like 2 or 3 seconds) shoot to the 14.5v mark and this time is sufficient enough for the battery BMS overvoltage alarm to trip.

So I kukuma selected the lithium parameter, then reduced the bulk of it to 13.9v. Float voltage is inactive at Lithium setting.

In fact before I travelled few days ago, I increased the bulk to 14.0 volts.

I remember when my panels were producing less power, I had to rejoin the wires after the wires on Yachi panel became Rusty and burnt, but the Yingli panel with aluminum coated remain intact no sign of rust at all..

Use MC4 bro.
You have ease of re-configuring your panel in addition to getting secure contacts.

Just make sure your system is not actively working when you wanna connect or disconnect your MC4s.

There is believe in this forum that DOD does not affect lithium, this is not through. There is no battery that DOD does not have effect on. If you check lithium battery datasheet you will observe the graph decline from 100% DOD to a lesser number of cycles. Even higher charge/discharge have effect on the bms. Some will state 100A charge/discharge and at the same time put a recommended charge/discharge. Please note I am not saying lithium is bad in fact I will have 100ah/51.2v/5kwh and 12v/100ah/1330wh soon so if interested contact me

Okay now I see why yours is more expensive, mine is 3 years warranty with over 3500 cycle serving up to 10 years of full capacity (at 80% DOD)

Okay I don't have that option in mine so I had to set manually. You may want to check that bulk voltage of yours as it may be under charging the cells maybe you push your bulk to 14.3. My system cells has a charge up to 3.65 per cell (Which is 29.2) when I kept both float and bulk at 28.8 I experienced occasional spikes to 29.1 but things were stable with current settings.
