GEJ for propaganda and eye service reasons declared this airport an international airport, but without a good runway, without ILS/Instrument Landing Systems or even a decent terminal, but slowly, it's becoming a real international airport.

GEJ and 16 years of PDP did not commission 1 single project in the SE, but PMB already commissioned 2 major projects in the SE and he's soon to commission 2nd NB that GEJ commissioned on the drawing board.

That side of the road does not need to be tarred, in fact, they should not be vehicular movement around there as it will be some sort of confusion to pilots when landing.
