Who gave ihedioha the power to rig the election when the sitting governor is an APC member and a sworn enemy of ihedioha. How can ihedioha manipulate the inec when the APC is at helm of power. I mean who are this illiterates trying to fool. You couldn't get a single political seat in the whole election of a state and you are telling me that the same people who couldn't vote for your party in any of the house of assembly seat then voted for you to rule their state. I mean what are this people saying self. 5 Likes 1 Share |

It is up to the petitioner to prove beyond doubt and not the defendant's duty to disprove . This sharia cleric needs to be returned back to his almajiri school of bokos |

festacman:Electronic voting is actually more dangerous then we think. Digital data is easily manipulated. If there are no physical evidences, how do you disprove electronic results? Even developed countries practice it with a pinch of salt. They do both during voting in the event there are controversies. How do u identify that your vote counted if electronic voting provides a summary result? 1 Like |

garfield1:You forgot to add IGNORANCE! See bro these politicians have so bastardized our educational system that we have graduates who can’t really speak/understand English. Who can’t think... knuckleheads Who still put religion/ethnicity first before competence (that’s why Buhari got reelection and Atiku got PDP nomination) Graduates that passed through school but school didn’t pass through them. 1 Like |

The only thing that can unite south is zoning and its the turn of the south east The problem in the south is south west ...if you can't see and boldly say that then you too is the problem of the south If it was the turn of south west or south south and south east give the slightly body language they would contest u would be the first to kick against it |

PaChukwudi44: This mindset right here is the reason you always lose. You reason from the bottom of an empty barrel. How can you say the one who does not hold the original copies should prove his copies are not fake when the body which holds the original copies could not even produce the original copies to disprove Uzodinma? What manner of education did you get in your life nwokem chukwudi? Inapu Ara? 2 Likes |

[s] ShinnBet:[/s] Go back to school boy. The claimant is the one to prove his claim. Inec said it was fake and forged yet could not prove that it is fake and forged by producing the original copies for comparison. How do you guys even have a brain that does not function? |

PaChukwudi44: Their proof was when they tendered it. Inec called it a fake and forgery yet could not produce the originals to back up their claim. Let me ask you a question. If you accuse me of stealing money from your account is it up to me to disprove your claim or up to you to prove that I actually stole from you? If you cannot how then did you arrive at the conclusion that I stole from you? 1 Like |

Blindersoff: Sharia lawyer. If the police claims I murdered somebody, it is up to them to prove I did it and not me to prove my innocence . This is why the US has what they call the 5th amendment where an accused can choose to refuse to be questioned or cross examined in court But you won't know this you boko clown |

If i was ihedioha i deal with my legal team physically, spiritually and all means available. Cos they were forking complicit. They all knew where this case was heading from the tribunal. And was INEC complicit too? Probably yes. All uzodinma needed do to win was to buy off ihedioha's lawyers and the INEC legal team. Theres no point blaming the supreme court. The court and the judges did nothing but their job. 1 Like |

ShinnBet: Dummy head. Your post here is actually supporting my comment because Inec was the one who accused Uzodinma of presenting documents they called FAKE AND FORGED and when asked to prove they are fake and forged COULD NOT DO SO. That is what your comment above said and you are so obtuse you could not even see you were speaking in support of my own comment Anu ohia no nekwugheri n'am bu onye ugwu. 2 Likes |

tiwiex: Of course, combining physical documentation with e-voting figures to arrive at results will be the better option. Matter of fact, we were already on that road making progress till the Supreme Court ruled that the law does not recognize e-voting in the declaring Govs Nyesom Wike and Emmanuel Udom elected inspite of concurrent ruling by tribunal and Appealate court to the contrary in 2015. 1 Like |

garfield1: But during the presidential petition the Supreme Court made it their business by telling Atiku to provide eye witnesses of every polling units in all the 11 states he claimed to have won, while that of Uzodinma only 28 eye witnesses were called out of the 388 polling units |

NORSYK:Just like the lower courts, you misunderstand the issues.except the part where atiku accused buhari of forgery, atiku case is based on electoral malpractices and non compliance which means he needs to call witnesses from all polling units.if you claim polling unit results are fake or elections were rigged or there was no election as adduced by atiku, you have an impossible task to prove it. Uzodinma did not say this.he simply said elections were held and it was free and fair but that his results were not computed.all he needs to do is to provide the duplicate copies while the police provides theirs which was done.eyesitnesses are not necessary. 2 Likes |

socialmediaman:No please, we should be open minded on this one. SC said INEC disputed the documents. and even alleged forgery which is criminal. In the criminal justice system, he who alleges must prove beyond reasonable doubt. Hope alleged that, his votes were cancelled and though this is not criminal in this context, he had to still prove it with the documents he duly tendered. INEC who alleged forgery now had the onus to prove it, it was no longer Hope's business to prove whether his documents were fake or original. 2 Likes |

NORSYK:They did not err.uzodinma case is on incorrect computation not non compliance and most politicians petition based on non compliance and not wrong computation which is easier to prove |

GenBuhari:What are you proving? They said the result did not emanate from them. Did the CJN conduct a forensic scrutiny to ascertain whether the result is forged? What this senseless attempt at proffering an explanation ended up achieving was to disdainfully insult the intelligence of all right-thinking people. Now that they have spoken, no scintilla of doubt is still remaining... |
