Its just been announced by CNN that 34 American troops have been diagnosed with brain injuries after Iran strike.It had earlier been announced by the President that no casualties were recorded immediately after the attack and just few days back, it was announced by Trump that some of the troops had some slight headache.
The Pentagon has officially confirmed it now that 34 troops have been diagnosed with brain injuries.

The truth is gradually showing up against Trump's claim of no casualty after the missile attacks.
