Community Policing is entirely a State, Local Government, Town or Village Affairs.

It's no Business of the Federal Government, F.G to interfere in Community Policing, otherwise, The Country becomes a POLICE-STATE.

A POLICE STATE IS A COUNTRY IN WHICH POLITICAL POLICE SECRETLY WATCH AND CONTROL CITIZENS' ACTIVITIES.

In any People's Governance, there are CONVENTIONS and Common factors of Authorities and Responsibilities that are inherent in the togetherness of a Community. These are INALIENABLE COMMON FACTORS OF RIGHTS TO LIGHT, GOODNESS AND LIFE. They're TRADITIONS AND CULTURES THAT MAKE FREE INFLUX OF ALIENS AND FOREIGNERS INTO THE COMMUNITY NOT SO FREE.

Funds should be channelled to healthcare including maternity services so the women can deliver safely. Nigeria population is growing, so as the government is providing maternity services it should also be providing food to combat malnutrition
