When El Rufai stated that he had been in contact with some Sahelian fulanis who he said he paid off to stop robbing, killing and abducting people in his state, no one asked how he was able to identify and locate the bandits in Mali and from there hold negotiations towards paying them off.

These bandits were drafted by the APC to unleash havoc in Nigeria in the event Buhari lost in 2015.

Part of their compensation was to loot, rape and steal to their heart's delight.

Then GEJ made that call.

The APC then abandoned their Fulani mercs who they had deployed across the north.

They were abandoned by the same APC and then resorted to self help looting and raping across the north.

El Midgeti should tell us why he did not get the security forces and interpol to arrest leaders of these sahelian bandits but rather went to negotiate with them.

Now those same bandits are now kidnapping and stealing from Nigerian Awusa and Fulanis.

The north then wanted them deployed to the south to get out if their hair.
