An incorporated trustee is a corporation, usually a trust company, which is named as the trustee of a fiduciary account.
It includes; Churches, Mosques, Schools, N.G.Os, Clubs, Associations etc.

To register such, first you make an application to the CAC and thereafter proceed with the name reservation. You put forward two names and see if they are taken or not. Hopefully, you get past this stage without hassles. And if you get a reject mail, you'll have to pay for another round of name reservation.

Next, you make a publication in 3 newspapers (2 National newspaper while the third one must be widely read in the locality where the organization intends to set up)

You make submissions to CAC with:

1. An Application letter,

2. Original newspaper publication and

3. Two copies of the Organization's constitution.

4. Particulars of the Trustees (names, address, valid means of identification etc)

5. Minutes of the meeting which the Trustees were appointed (voting pattern, list of members present, authorization to apply for Registration and signed by the chairman and secretary)

6. Two passport photos of the Trustees
(Note that the Trustees have to sign against their names in application form)

7. The organization's seal will have to be impressed on a page in the form

The application form will be duly signed by the Chairman of the Board and the Secretary.

The total days for registering an Incorporated Trustee is 30 days. (Sometimes more)

pls do you have an idea of a form template that I can give a re-enter to fill for taking my goods on credit. Like what information should the form contain before giving the goods to him in credit.
