No one will teach for free. Why are you here begging. In Edo state, have you not heard of Edo jobs, Edo beats, Edo hubs.... They teach all skills totally free of charge for one year.

Pls use your MB wisely and find them online and apply. No one has excuse anymore

For Video editing, go to Benin Film Academy at Airport Road, Opp. Glass house.

For Graphics, if u have pc, download videos from youtube or register with udemy to download some courses online. U can also check NIIT, Mikon or CCT at Oba Market, Ringroad / Sapele Road too...

Please that Udemy, can someone solely bank on them? Can they train someone successfully on whatever option you choose?

I have not used them, but some of their video tutorials I watched on a friends laptop are good to go.
