For instance, on figure number 69 which shows votes cast at Eziama/Okpala (Umualum Village Square, Eziama), the total number of registered voters was 492, whereas the table shows that the APC scored 819 votes and PDP scored 7 votes, meaning that 334 more votes than the registered voters were recorded, apart from the votes polled by the other candidates at the election that were not shown on the table.

Similarly, on page 22 of the petition referencing polling unit 282, the number of registered voters was put at 591, whereas the tabulation shows that APC polled 586 votes and PDP nine votes, indicating a total of four votes higher than the registered number of voters. This, again, excluded the votes scored by the other candidates.

On the same page 22 of the record, at the polling unit 285 (Obudi/Aro, Central Assembly Square, Unusable 11) with 449 registered voters, APC was credited with 780 votes and PDP with four votes, leaving a total of 335 votes higher than the actual number of registered voters.

Figures obtained from page 79 of the record of appeal under item 384 show that APC scored 526 votes, while PDP was credited with two votes, and the total votes cast was put at 526, indicating two votes higher than the total number registered voters in the area.

But in its judgment, the Supreme Court said that the votes from the disputed 388 polling units were wrongly excluded from the votes of Uzodinma.

By relying on the tabulation made by Uzodinma, the Supreme Court arrived at a figure of 950,952 votes, which is more than the 823,743 votes cast at the election, thereby affirming 127,209 excess votes.

My people, can't you see that APC manipulated the votes in the above places, and then got the Supreme Court to agree with them? How can all the polling units in question have total number of votes higher than number of registered voters, with majority of votes going to APC in all cases? I think the Supreme Court deliberately allowed itself to be manipulated in this case.

It's not over for Ihedioha. It depends on how his lawyers reapproach the Supreme Court

It doesn't matter whether you support APC. What matters is what the electoral rules say. No doubt, there are too many criminals in the Nigerian system these days but at least for once, let the records of Imo gubernatorial elections determine the winner. The records are clear that Uzodimma and his party are not telling the truth.

He who the gods want to kill, they first make mad. The last time someone asked the Supreme Court to review its own judgement (Andy Uba), it was thrown out. No lawyer worth his LLB, BL would accept such a brief. It is an insult on our legal system.

INEC failed to validate results it declared for Ihedioha, so what did he expect their Lord Jstices to do? Before anyone starts shouting that our judiciary has been bribed, he should make an effort to study the judgement without sentiments.

As for Ihedioha, many of our leaders have gone to school, yet few are educated. Let us not call Buhari a dullard, but let us look at our governors first. Afterall, it is in this same country that a Professor Governor appointed a BBNaija Star Special Assistant on Garments...

I have said it severally that no matter how one look at the supreme Court ruling in the I'm elections matter, the judgement was flawed, the best they could have done was to cancel the elections completely n ask for a rerun, this is a chance for the supreme Court to redeem or destroy herself.

Have you ever heard that a Supreme Court reversed its own judgement?

Doing so is an invitation to anarchy.

The best option for Ihedioha and PDP is to continue their protest. They can make it a daily affair if they like sef.

It's an unanimous decision and what u failed to do when u had the opportunity now u want to review The supreme Court asked u and inec to tender the result of 388 polling units u failed to do so now all of a sudden are u coming with the result, the result of those 388 polling units might be wrong but inec failed to dispute it by producing counter results, inec declared ihedioha winner even when he did not meet the constitutional requirement, and then n there hurry and desperation they excluded result from 388 polling units knowing fully well that only the tribunal has the power to set it aside, if inec came clean during the elections they won't be need for any of these the truth is all parties cheated but the smarter one laughed last

Oga, what's your beef about Gedoni's appointment?
Do you know his background?

Let me guide you. Gedoni was into fashion before joining BBNaija.
BBNaija was just an extra ... to give him a push in his fashion career.

Now, his governor built a massive garment factory for their state but is having hitches breaking into
the Nigerian fashion market. He then thought it wise to capitalise on Gedoni's fashion background
and BBNaija fame to push the factory to the world.

So, what is bad in that?
You jump at criticisms without studying background details

If indeed a governor appointed a bbnaija as a state special assistant on garments, it confirms the shithole Nigeria has become. You create a bogus office using scarce state resources for the frivolous purpose of servicing and receiving service of a glorified harlot?!! What flagrant amorous recklessness!!! He should be charged for abuse of office as that act amounts to reducing the grave assignment of state management to disco dancing. If the citizens of the state could however tolerate that, then their collective depravity is already well represented in state governance

Brother I am telling you, he messed up by not spending money on the judges before apc bought them over... Though he never imagined that Uzodinma that fourth would ever be declared winner, his main focus was on nwosu, and when nwosu was disqualified everybody said it was all over because, Nwosu’s disqualification meant that the issue of two third was finally over not knowing that the apc was cooking something unimaginable

7 judges can't all make the same mistake at the same time. Most don't understand that this was a unanimous decision made by 7 judges.
Once they reverse themselves on this case, then they need to look into all other cases too. Other parties will also have the right to ask the court to reverse cases that were not in their favour. When will it stop?

Very realistic analysis sir!
The probability of all 7 JUDGES of THE SUPREME COURT erring in a unanimous verdict in law on a particular case is ZERO!
