You reap what you sow in life. If u know what I mean you will realize that what they sow in 2003,2007 & 2011 general election is what they are reaping now. I can never forget how I was chased from INEC collation center by security armed men under the instruction of PDP faithful and since then I have up on our electoral system till date. Nothing is gonna change the status quo unless both the electorate and the politician decided to put aside personal interest.
I did not condemn APC as a party, I spoke of individuals because people make party & not vice versa. Elections improved under GEJ, I did not give PDP the credit rather the individual. If you are justifying what Tinubu, Oshiomole with the support of the cabal with what OBJ did then you need help. Its your country they are destroying and we must all condemn evil.

Tinubu this , Tinubu that, when you can't impregnate your wife, it is Tinubu
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit. Tinubu is the worst thing to happen to our democracy because if it is not Tinubu, Buhari will not be president today.

Without Tinubu, Nigeria will still be under the bondage of PDP.

Tinubu is the greatest Nigerian Politician ever after Awo

From all indices PDP is miles ahead of APC. If you call PDP bondage then what are we into now. Tinubu is using Lagos wealth with the Tiwan Tiwa attitude of Yoruba to hold political power. If he were to be from another region he would have been past tense by now.

To be honest with you.. I have no business here because it's in the east and I'm a northerner.

But the fact that the SC decision wants to be contested knowing fully well that the person contesting it had all the opportunity to provide all the evidence during the SC proceeding but didn't and now after the judgement he's seeking a redress. Was he sleeping or he is just being plain desperate.

It's his lawyers that will probably be striped of thier rights to practice law should they go ahead.
I'm a northern too but I don't support injustice, you know new facts can come up anytime, but I'm really surprised you appear to be insisting that the supreme Court decision should never be reviewed no be matter the compelling new facts,I wonder how you would feel if you were at the recieving end, you are even talking about threats to lawyers who dare, doesn't all this sound dubious?

trust me I will do my due diligence and will bring out the facts to court and not after the decision of the supreme court has been made. Note that this decision was not made in isolation it was made in absence of counter-evidence and proof. So the question is where they sleeping during the whole process

Judgment is FINAL. A supreme court cannot overturn it's own verdict. Once they do that then they are no longer the court of last resort.
I hear there are rare exceptional cases especially when it has "negative" consequences against posterity. Not a lawyer though but the fact that this one favors the ruling party makes it a little difficult. If you like think there's no external influence...everyone is entitled to his brilliance or even his foolishness!

post=86142994:
While sympathising with their lordships over their heavy workload and short period of time within which to read briefs and give judgment, the coalition said such constraints would have led to the ‘faulty’ judgment.

“To err is human. It would be practically impossible for any human to have read briefs and record of proceedings exceeding 5000 pages in the matter within two hours after hearing, when he also had pressure of time to deliver judgment in the remaining pending governorship appeals. No doubt, this accounted for the mistakes made by the apex court.
It is wrong to make such stupid excuse for those compromised idiots called judges.
They must review and reverse that anomaly of a judgement. They cannot murder justice

The could afford to go into even a trance
The appellant had no case
That the defendant is sleeping doesn't make room for the judge to murder justice

From the body language of the northern hausa/fulani, it's crystal clear that they are so scared of Nigeria breaking up n them becoming a landlock sahel Savannah landmass with endless catastrophes, the dominance of the Nigeria's security by them I'd a well thought out plan, this is the reason someone like buhari with poor individual capacity n competence but an avid promoter n supporter of northern dominance n supremacy is massively supported while everything is been done to destroy a person like Atiku who is nationalistic in his dealings,I believe this ametokun has shown Tinubu n his kinsmen the kind of people they are toying with,if eventually the ametokun capitulate then the south should just forget it,it should now be clear that the north dread a United south but it's up to the Southerners to find a common ground amongst themselves or laments indefinitely while the north jeer them cheekily.
1. From your previous posts, you are definitely not a Northerner so stop faking with false identity.

2. Injustice was done, but it was done by INEC and Ihedioha himself, not by the SC.

3. You should be asking yourself why INEC and Ihedioha refused to produce their own sets of facts and witnesses to counter the plaintiff..

My submission is devoid of sentiment
The judges are not permitted to perpetrate illegality just cos the defendant didn't make his case well. Rather they should've sustained the status quo
And since they're all so daft, they could've employed even a primary school student to do the arithmetic for them. A whole supreme Court committing such a basic blunder is like a nightmare

The lawyers representing Ihedioha should not be paid until such a time as he is returned back as governor. cool

Are you a fool or just premature??
You should learn to make your case based on substance and not resort to abuse or name calling
What do you mean by that??

What's wrong with these childish, emotional people and their tantrums?

Saying the defendant didn't make his case well was funny and I called you a comedian since the plaintiff produced dozens of wittiness, election documents and results while the defendant and his lawyers and INEC did not produce anything to stand on in court hence the reason why the lost.

Yes, your comment was laughable and I truly think you are a comedian because you made me laugh and I'm still laughing gan sef..

Does the laxity of the defendant give the judges the audacity to perpetrate illegality??
Ok you called me a comedian and I called you a fool, now you're right and matured but I'm childish and emotional.

Did you even read the judgement at all? Do you realise that an INEC official gave witness that the elections in those PUs were cancelled or didn't hold and submitted 27 documents to back up his claim. The SC simply overlooked that fact!!
Besides all that, the absence of counter-evidence or proof as you call it does not validate a fraudulent or defective evidence. Every evidence is evaluated on its own merit not counter-evidence. You don't know anything.

Asking this question against my best judgement.

What exactly was the illegality the supreme court perpetrated?

INEC agreed that voting took place in the affected units but failed to present its official results to counter the ones presented by Uzodinma's witness.

Stop making up lies, INEC dId not produce anything and they did not call any witness.
