Goodevening everyone. I am here to make some comments about dealing with this OP.

So I bought a 50k TV from Nwosu shop 18/06/2019 as a Fathers day gift for my Parents and he sent through driver A.

Within one month, the TV had fault. I called Nwosu and explained to him, he accepted to repair it if we can send back through driver A and which he did and he repaired it for them.


December 2019 the TV had same problem and I contacted Nwosu, told him that I will be sending back the TV because of the stress my parents are passing through in sending and resending TV from osun state to Lagos everytime with same problem he should repair it , sell it off, and send the money for them to get another TV which he accepted.

So on December 22nd the TV was sent through the same driver A and he promised to deliver it to Nwosu the second day.
2nd day my Parents called the driver and he said he will call them after delivering the TV in the evening.
Evening time, he refused picking my parents call for almost 2 weeks. I called Nwosu and he said he has not seen any driver and his company is on holiday till 6th January and I explained the driver not picking my Parents calls, I sent him the driver number so as to call him by himself and he did. His next response was the driver picked his call and he promised to send it later that week.

I later used a private number to call the driver and he said his truck has problem. Okay, where is the TV so that my sister and come and collect to give Nwosu, he dropped the call and never picked my call again.

Today marks 1 month that the TV has been sent through same Driver that Nwosu sent the TV to us and he has not acknowledged receiving the TV back from the driver nor knowing the whereabouts of the driver.

The driver numbers are : 08148517097 and 07083859790, and his picture is attached to this message.

Something keeps telling me that this is a Planned work between the two parties.

No wonder , People find it difficult to trust average Nigerians because of their scamming activities.

NURTW also mentioned something that it's a joint action between both parties. Scammers can never come out plain. why haven't you make any move or be concerned with the TV since 23rd December except when I call or chat you up? What changed the driver mind and thought immediately he got to Lagos and spoke with you. Why didn't you tell me you're going on holiday when I called to tell you that the TV will be sent to you that same week?
What stopped you from calling my mum and explain to her that you didn't collect the TV if not when I call on Jan
2nd to confirm if you have received it ?

Mind you #50,000 = 105 in pounds and 124 in euros,
So it's not something big to me.
I am just disappointed with the level of bad mentality and scamming mindset of you and your driver.

You and the NURWT are not just okay, if I had the mentality to scam other persons, the guy that bought an item worth one million naira (1,000,000) would have been the one I'd scam

Which haulage should I sort it out with, the driver you sent to us, or the park you sent it through 1st and 2nd time? What stopped you from going to the park since the beginning of this issue considering the fact that you are the first to send the TV through same haulage and park closer to you?

Buyer beware. I have dealt with "Chief " Nwosu. He does not in actual fact own or run a store by himself. I sent money from Enugu and in truth he shipped a TV that did not work. It may have been from the transport company he used but who knows. When i got to Lagos after a few weeks i found out there was no shop. The TV'S do not belong to him. Rather he buys off people and ships. Till today i am yet to recieve a full refund as he promised. All i hot was 20k from him
