For what exactly, Evacuation should have been done earlier than now.what have they been waiting for. I know Nigeria in its own is taking a precautionary meansure and making sure the retort stand is placed to a strategy position and maybe closing windows to avoid displacing the meter rule before taking the accurate readings.
