Six persons on Wednesday sustained injuries after two plazas collapsed as the popular Balogun Market; Lagos caught fire around 3:40pm.

A fire service operations commander and two others were hurt when the first plaza came down, while two Red Cross officials and a fireman were injured as the second plaza collapsed.

The officials who were among those on rescue operations....

Nigerians are their own worst enemies!!

The rate at which buildings keep collapsing you start to wonder the kind of undergraded materials that are used for buildings.

From the labourer to the man handed the contract evryone is corrupt. They will be given money for quality materials but they buy substandard materials and pocket the rest, risking peoples lives for money* later they will cry government is corrupt. Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders they get as most of them are heartless as well.
