He repaired the roads

That guy is just riding on past glory of ex governors of the state. In fact, if not that the op mentioned his name, I have completely forgotten he is the governor of the state. The only reason why the politicians are not asking for his head now is because he is been nice to them. The civil servant in Lagos state will surely love the guy, because the floor for reckless embezzlement is wide open again. If you are of those still believing in a better Nigeria, then oyo is your case. During ambode's tenure he was able to block some loopholes in the civil service, at least to a reasonable extent. And what does the poor guy get for been upright reasonably, the big sack. Top politicians always want their puppet at the helms so they could string them at will.

He has done wonderfully worst.

I think he has woken up or perhaps just realizing he is d governor. He has started work n I wish him well.Though I am a staunch P.D.P member in d state.

I rate Sanwo Olu pretty low. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate him a 4.

First of all there are a few things which he met on ground which have deteriorated under him.

1. One of these is street lights. Ambode had a light up lagos program and under that program most highways were lit up. I noticed that not long after BOS came into government, most of the street light started going down.

2. State of roads worsened in the immediate aftermath of the BOS governorship. However, i will admit that some efforts have gone into roads in the last 2-3 months. However, if he does not use initiative now to clear drainage before the rains start to ensure free flow of rain, we will be right back where we started from.

There were also many simple things that he promised that he has not delivered.

1. Smart traffic lights: he mentioned during the debate that he would replace traffic lights in Lagos because they control traffic the same way in the morning and evening despite the fact that the flow of traffic is different.

2. Environment: Lagos is in chaos. Filth everywhere, markets and stalls everywhere, street urchins everywhere, abandoned vehicles everywhere etc

3. Traffic management: Bos spoke boldly about traffic, but not much has changed in that space. While they are removing roundabouts on the lekki axis, and that would improve the situation marginally, my view is that there are still too many bottlenecks on our roads that have not been dealt with. Some of these are bad roads, Danfo's blocking junction to pick passengers, non enforcement of traffic rules etc

As far as i am concerned, Gov. Sanwo-Olu has done nothing in the past 8months. Traffic is still a major issue, decaying infrastructure and lack of capacity to be innovative

Not good enough.
He still has a lot of work to do.

Sanwo-Olu is trying. The most important infrastructure that Ambode abandoned has commenced in earnest.
This completion of the Badagry express way that has been running for 10 years now seems to be Sanwo-Olu's focus. Hopefully, the project is concluded this time around.

Gone are the days of Bola Raji Fashola. Tinubu has successfully destroyed lagos with his greediness, it will be hard for sanwolu to perform. I rate him 2/10

Nothing short of poor administrative judgements and project executions...LASTMA is a law unto itself...they fabricated a traffic offence I didn't commit,and stuck it unto me earlier this week very early in the morning,wasted half of my day, and ended up extorting me for 25k..what a shame..

Definitely below expectation. Smtmes we are not even sure he’s in the state or country.

Besides the draconian traffic laws even with bad roads. I don’t know what he’s doing. 80% of the roads are still the way Ambode left them.

It's a marathon and not a sprint. He's gradually coming to life.

I'm against the okada and keke ban. He should know that the poor are not in good shape n form in this Buhari regime. Does he now want to add trekking to their woe?

In fact, presently, my street is experiencing drainage enlargement and road rehabilitation..

Given time, I think Mr. Sanwo will work
