Joseph, a gallant Nigerian Soldier was killed in Damasak, Borno State, in an attack on his base by Boko Haram Terrorists. He got married on 14th December 2019, just a month and 14 days, before being transfered to northern Borno State to fight for the country. The news of his dead reached us (his friends) this morning, 30th January 2020. May his gentle soul rest in peace

With the fierceness of the insurgency in Nigeria, I'd never understand the type of love that will make a woman agree to marry a soldier and still expect a long happy marriage.

Maybe it's the same type of love that makes some men willingly marry prostitutes in the hope that they are ready to settle down.

If this is love, then this type of love is stupid.
