The ban of tricycle and bikes in Lagos State has left so many pedestrians who depended so much on it as a means of transportation angry.

The ban which started on the 1st of February made both the riders and pedestrians to protest on the street of Lagos.

But one sight that caught the attention of many was the CMS busstop which is usually filled up with tricycles looked so empty as at now.

Though i'm not in support of the government taking away the source of survival from the bikes and keke drivers without first offering them an alternative,but i think this is a good development.
Too much tricycle and bikes runing around in a city constitute trash and pollution which further encourages insects,pests, mice, rats, pigeons, and flies all thriving Off of decomposing garbage.

To pick up another job available or the stay at home idle.

Sonwolu will be in history as one of the greatest governor Lagos ever had if this policy is fully adhered to. The next thing inline is to fix the road, provide good water and road transportation and complete the light rail system.

The difference between those countries and Nigeria is that the level of lawlessness is just intolerable here. Motorbike and keke operators became law unto themselves and all efforts to organize their operations were fruitless.

How do people without mobility cope considering their number.

We survived in PH when okadas were banned in 2012, even though keke in some areas dey cause nuisance. Eg rumuagholu.
You will survive in Lagos without them!

We adapt too quickly in this part of the country and that's why the govt don't take us serious when we protest against any policy;They know we are quick to adapt.
