The Police Intelligence Department from Ipaja Division led by the Divisional Police Officer, CSP Tokumbo Aboniwonda, has arrested a 45-year old man, Akinola Obisegah, who allegedly uses razor blade to snatch bags from victims at bus stops in Lagos. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Obisegah, met his waterloo at Church Bus Stop in Ipaja area of Lagos, after he used razor blade to cut the hand bag of one Omolara Obabisi and tried to escape.
