MuttleyLaff:Can you stop death? Can anyone stop death? Can prayer stop death? Can science stop death. The biggest evil is death. That is the fact of life. Nothing. Absolutely nothing can stop it. |

luvmijeje:It is not my responsiblity to stop death, beides that, death has been stopped for me so that I personally anyway, dont have to stop death. luvmijeje:Yes, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ can What of if you say to the angel of Death. Not this time, not today. Does that count as stopping death? Jesus brought a few people back from the dead, or did He not, hmm luvmijeje? Remember too, that, Enoch was stopped from seeing death before his time luvmijeje:luvmijeje, have you ever heard the "Let Go of the Branch" to stop death and have a save me prayer answered story, hmm luvmijeje? Well luvmijeje, its about a man named Jack, and the story goes like this, that, Jack was taking an evening stroll, was walking along a steep cliff one day when he accidentally got too close to the edge of the cliff, stumbled and fell. On the way stumbling down the cliff, he managed to grab a tree branch, which temporarily stopped his fall. He knew to his horror that the canyon fell straight down for more than a thousand feet, so held on tightly to the tree branch. He soon realised that he couldn't hang onto the tree branch forever, and there was no way for him to climb up the steep wall of the cliff. So Jack began yelling for help, hoping that someone above passing by, would hear him and lower a rope or something. HELP! HELP! Is anyone up there? "HELP!" Jack shouted He yelled for a long time, but no one heard him. His voice has become hoarse and he was about to give up when he heard a voice, saying, "Jack, Jack. Can you hear me?" "Yes, yes! I can hear you. I'm down here!" Jack ecstatically answered overpowered by a sudden feeling of relief and emotion "I can see you, Jack. Are you all right?" the voice asked "Yes, but who are you, and where are you? Jack answered back "I am the Lord, Jack. I'm everywhere." the voice said "The Lord? You mean, GOD?" Jack asked surprisingly "Yeah, that's Me Jack." the voice confirmed to be God's. "God, please help me! I promise, if you'll get me down from here, I'll believe you exist, I will stop sinning. I'll be a really good person. I'll serve You for the rest of my life." "Easy on the promises, Jack. Let's get you off from there first, then we can talk." "Now, here's what I want you to do Jack. Listen carefully." "I'll do anything, God. Just tell me what to do." "Okay Jack. Let go of the branch." "What?" "I said, let go of the branch Jack. Just trust Me Jack. Let go Jack" There was a long silence. Finally Jack, in the pitch black below freezing point cold dead in the night temperature yelled, "HELP! HELP! IS ANYONE ELSE UP THERE?" At crack of dawn at the first break of light, the search party came about Jack's dead frozen body found still clutching for dear life to the tree branch. The tragedy and body blow was that when the search party team found Jack's body, his feet were dangling 3 inches from the ground. luvmijeje:Yes, to some degrees and extent, science has been known to stop death antidote luvmijeje:The biggest evil is not death because the two biggest evils are lies and ignorance. This is a fact of lie that without lies and ignorance, death wouldnt have had the chance to get a leg in the door. Death, in fact, relatively, can be peaceful, as I die everyday. luvmijeje:"26And the enemy death shall be destroyed last: For he hath put all things under his feet. And whereas he saith, 55Where is your sting, oh death? Where is your victory, oh, Sheol/grave?" 1 Corinthians 15:26, 55 Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Antidote of Death did and can stop it. |

MuttleyLaff:He died on the cross. Did prayer stop his death? Did it stop him from dying young? Did it stop him for dying violently? Did it stop him from being betray by people close to him? If it didn't stop him then where did you get all your teaching that prayer can stop evil. Evil happened to us all. It just come in different colors and different shades. If you did't die now you will die later. You didn't now doesn't make you extraordinary. It only means you will die later. |

luvmijeje:He came to die, lol, what are you pathetically bleating about now, lol luvmijeje:To stop dying young was not His purpose Not to die young is not the reason for why He came to earth and/or what He came to earth for. luvmijeje:Dying violently is a cost He was willing to pay for you and I, all because He deemed us worthy to subject Himself to the worst of man's extreme cruelty and/or brutality. luvmijeje: So? What counts, is the end, and it justifies the means luvmijeje:"I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives." - John 12:24 "The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" - John 1:29 "17The reason the Father loves Me is that I lay down My life in order to take it up again. 18No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from My Father.” " - John 10:17-18 "25Jesus said unto her, I AM The Resurrection and The Life (i.e. I AM the one who brings people back to life, and I AM life itself) he that believes in Me, though he is dead, yet shall he live; 26Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die--ever. Do you believe this?" (i.e. And everyone who lives because of faith in Me will never really die. Do you believe this?)" - John 11:25-26 1 Corinthians 1:27 states: "God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful." Praise God. Alleluia! |

The reactions and comments of a lot of nairaland christians concerning Leah Sharibu will be a good way of demonstrating how religion can warp the mentality and minds of originally good people. I will like to personally thank them for turning more people away from their religion(even more than Atheists) by their own comments so far on the issue. |

MuttleyLaff:Which one is worst? The cruelty meted out to Christ or the one meted out to Leah Sheribu? Put it at the back of your mind that in Christ's case, he was a willing participant. |
| Re: Is There Really Anything God Can To Restore Leah Sheribu's Lost Years? by MuttleyLaff: 2:47pm On Feb 04, 2020 |
luvmijeje:"Oo mọ mẹmẹ" loosely translated means "you dont know jackshit" The mother of all worst is yet to come. If God can watch His Son, Jesus suffer at the wicked hands of man and also die a gruesome death, then you can see this isnt anything personal. luvmijeje: MuttleyLaff:"10Blessed are those who are persecuted for doing what God approves of. The kingdom of heaven belongs to them. 11"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, lie, and say all kinds of evil things about you because of Me. 12Rejoice and be glad because you have a great reward in heaven! The prophets who lived before you were persecuted in these ways." - Matthew 5:10-12 Any and/or all guilty of meting out cruelty and/or harsh treatment to Leah Sharibu will get their comeuppance for treating such an innocent and young girl that way and in that manner. They will receive their deservedly just desserts and she her bountifully reward. Now, it's important to know that suffering is transient and impermanent and that when you suffer, remember that God rewards you upon your patience and endurance, far more that the suffering you were allowed to go through and die from. luvmijeje:Put it in the back of your mind and consider how many men did it take to introduce death and evil into the whole wide world and how many men is required to restore life, peace, tranquility, lovingkindness and goodness back into www, whole wide world, lol? I am glad you acknowledge that our Lord and Saviour of the world, you and I inclusive, was a willing participant in the DIY God project. |

MuttleyLaff:See dribbling! In other words prayer cannot stop evil. If you know evil is coming for us all, where did you all get your teaching that prayer can stop evil? The scriptures you quoted earlier doesn't indicate that prayer stop evil. So I don't understand why you quoted it. I stand to be corrected, I am boldly stating that there is no major character in the Bible who evil didn't befall. But this is thing about evil, just as failure, evil exist to teach us a lesson and to strengthen us. Above all evil exist to expand the mind of man. What do I mean? Police, immigration officers, soldiers etc were all invented by man to stop evil. The greater the invention the greater the capability of man and nature to commit evil. As long as man exist evil can't be stop. A place there is no evil, there is no man. So if you are praying for evil to stop, you are praying for the extinction of man. |
| Re: Is There Really Anything God Can To Restore Leah Sheribu's Lost Years? by MuttleyLaff: 5:54am On Feb 05, 2020 |
luvmijeje:Where exactly is the dribbling, huh? Point out where the dribble is luvmijeje:"Jesus walked on a little way. Then He knelt with His face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, don't make Me suffer by drinking from this cup. But do what you want, and not what I want." (i.e. Yet I want Your will to be done, not Mine)" - Matthew 26:39 luvmijeje, prayer isn't necessarily about requests, begging and/or asking for something. It is more of a longing of the soul. It is daily admission of one's weakness, lol. luvmijeje:Did I ever advance that prayers 100% stops all evils, hmm? Fyi, it is pointless shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted, evil will have to run its full course before it all gets to stop, nonetheless but remember the previously mentioned "Let Go of the Branch" to stop death and have a "save me prayer" answered story, hmm? Jack's prayer to prevent or ward off death was answered, wasnt it in that isolated story, hmm luvmijeje? luvmijeje:I think you're getting confused. List what I quoted, so I can shed light on why I quoted the verse(s) luvmijeje:Seems you dont know the implication of what eating the fruit off the TKGE is, lol. TKGE, fyi, is an acronymn for the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil luvmijeje:You're giving me the impression you dont know what the implication of "... Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness" means and/or is all about. Fyi, police, customs, immigration officers, soldiers, traffic wardens, Nafdac/environmental officers, food inspectors etcetera were all invented by man to luvmijeje:You're typing, as if you dont know that, man at one stage in life, was not affected by any form of evil. Never confuse a single setback with a forever reverse of fortune I asked you a question earlier but it typically, went swoosh over your head, like as if it was a Naija Airforce fighter jet. You side-stepped it, as "you didn't know warris going on" Anyway, I'll re-ask it again, but as, question #1 below and then let's have a bit of "evil" education and "evil" history lumped together other questions too asked, lol. 1/ How many men does it take to introduce death and evil into the whole wide world and how many men does it require to restore life, peace, tranquility, lovingkindness and goodness back into www, whole wide world, and forever cancel out evil and death, hmm luvmijeje? 2/ Give me a breakdown of what eating the fruit of the TKGE is meant to lead to 3 Are evil and death going to triumph forever luvmijeje, hmm? 4/ What is better, is it better for man to have a choice to do or not do evil (e.g. to steal or not steal a fruit) than to have good forced upon him? 5/ What would your good do if evil didn't exist? 6/ When was evil first detected luvmijeje, when did it first begin? What was the first evil? What was its stimulus, lol? 7/ Are you familiar with the saying: "Never open the door to a lesser evil, for other and greater ones invariably slink in after it," hmm? 8/ What is it necessary that man was exposed to evil? 9/ If your answer to #8 above is Yes, give reason(s) why yeah and if No, equally give reason(s) why not. 10/ luvmijeje, do you ever at all pray? First recall what I previously said about what prayer isn't necessarily is then answer this. |

MuttleyLaff:Muttleylaff, below is my first post on this thread . OP, welcome to the real world. When you sit down and reason alot of things you will come to a fact of life. Evil happens to the good, the bad and the ugly. The same also goes for good things. None of us can escape it. No prayer can stop it. Science can't stop it. Absolutely nothing can stop it.

You went on a merry go round to come to the conclusion I initially made on my first post. The answers to your 10 questions can be found in my initial post. If you can't see it, let me know. |

luvmijeje:luvmijeje, so I judiciously blow by blow addressed each of your assertions. If you at all are being sincere you would at least admit that I advanced and/or proposed that some evil can be averted. I even gave a story of Jack falling off a cliff having his prayer to be saved answered as an example of prayer to stop evil. You are being dishonest, in saying science isn't being used to stop evil. Nobody has contested with you that evil hasn't become necessary to bring out the good in man or that evil is a fact of life. You don't want to admit or acknowledge that the presence of evil is eternal or it has a free rein on man forever. You know you will set yourself up for a fall, that is why you find answering those 10 questions frightening, lol. Your replies to those 10 questions will show you up, you know that and that's why you took the cowardly & easy option to refuse directly give your answers to the 10 questions, lol. You are all talk and no blouse. You won't get off that lightly luvmijeje, doI re-ask: How many men does it take to introduce death and evil into the whole wide world and how many men does it require to restore life, peace, tranquility, lovingkindness and goodness back into www, whole wide world, and forever cancel out evil and death, hmm luvmijeje, lol? |

Good MuttleyLaff. I am now understanding the point you are trying to make. So let me proceed to answer your 10 questions. As I earlier said, the answers to your question could be found in my initial post. 1. How many men does it take to introduce death and evil into the whole wide world and how many men does it require to restore life, peace, tranquility, lovingkindness and goodness back into www, whole wide world, and forever cancel out evil and death, hmm luvmijejeEvery man born of a woman is a carrier of evil and he or she is a carrier of good. Someone who is capable of good is also capable of evil. I will use Christ as an example. Matthew 21 : 12 Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. To those doing business, what Christ did was evil .He destroyed their source of livelihood. In other words there is no absolute good or bad persons. 2. Give me a breakdown of what eating the fruit of the TKGE is meant to lead toSee answer to question 1. 3. Are evil and death going to triumph forever luvmijeje, hmmIs there a man born of a woman who's end is not death? So where is the triumph over evil? 4. What is better, is it better for man to have a choice to do or not do evil (e.g. to steal or not steal a fruit) than to have good forced upon him?See answer to question 1. 5. What would your good do if evil didn't exist?See answer to question 1. 6. When was evil first detected luvmijeje, when did it first begin? What was the first evil? What was its stimulus, loSee answer to question 1. 7. Are you familiar with the saying: "Never open the door to a lesser evil, for other and greater ones invariably slink in after it," hmm?Yes I have. 8. What is it necessary that man was exposed to evilMan is not expose to evil. Man is a carrier of evil. Every man you will come across in your lifetime is capable of doing you good or doing you evil. I will give you an example. Do you know many Nigerians are complaining of Buhari''s Government but there are some who are benefiting from it. Those who are not benefiting see his government as evil while those who are benefiting see his government as good. 9. If your answer to #8 above is Yes, give reason(s) why yeah and if No, equally give reason(s) why not. See answer to question 8. 10/ luvmijeje, do you ever at all pray? First recall what I previously said about what prayer isn't necessarily is then answer thisI do pray. The places I prayed last. 1. At a workplace last week 2. In my dream also last week. 3. For someone who shouted amen in response to me stating an obvious fact this weekend. Prayer is a form of hope. It is a form strength. It is a form of togetherness. It is a form of peace. Above all it is a form of faith. But can it stop evil? No. It can only give you hope, strength, peace and faith in the midst of it? |

luvmijeje: Better late in now understanding, than never. luvmijeje:Trust me, if they were glaringly there, I would've been asking you questions about them, besides this way, I can get you openly admit a perpestive and/or committed to a position Every man born of a woman is a carrier of evil and he or she is a carrier of good. Someone who is capable of good is also capable of evil. I will use Christ as an example. Matthew 21:12 Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. To those doing business, what Christ did was evil. He destroyed their source of livelihood. In other words there is no absolute good or bad persons.
Haba luvmijeje, have the fear of God in you now. Which mouth did you use to say this blasphemy and/or which fingers did you use to type this meshugas, hmm? luvmijeje:Bullshit! The answer to question 1 doesnt correlate, it is not in agreement or harmony to question #2 asked here. What has Jesus whipped got to do with give me a breakdown of what eating the fruit of the TKGE is meant to lead to, erhn? You just have to show your crafty nature hmm? luvmijeje:Of course, there isnt a man born of a woman who's end is not death, but that is for now and no prizes for guessing luvmujeje, who gets to have the last laugh luvmijeje:"And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire." - Revelation 20:14 In light of Revelation 20:14 above, I am certain luvmijeje that, you sure really didnt mean to ask the "where is the triumph over evil" question luvmijeje:You're a joker, for sign-posting me to that worthless response of an answer you gave to question #1. Look at you dodging a simple, easy, direct and straightforward question, you have no shame. How difficlt is it for you to respond to question #4: "what is better, is it better for man to have a choice to do or not do evil (e.g. to steal or not steal a fruit) than to have good forced upon him" luvmijeje:How does your ineffective answer to question #1 be a response to question #5: "What would your good do if evil didn't exist?" luvmijeje:Here we go again. Hiding behind your weak answer to question #1 as your response to queztion #6: " 6. When was evil first detected luvmijeje, when did it first begin? What was the first evil? What was its stimulus, lol" Smh. luvmijeje:Praise The Lord. Alleluia. The cat has found its tongue. What lesser evil then is it to your knowledge and/or understanding that heralded in the whole shebang of evil(s)? luvmijeje:If man was not exposed to evil, please tell me what stealing is luvmijeje. Is stealing a virtue or something morally good? If man according to you, is a carrier of evil, at what time did this happen, did man become a carrier of evil? Smh, luvmijeje, ease up, OK? Now what in a simple definition, originally, is evil, luvmijeje, lol? luvmijeje:Will you stop this your crazy talk. Those who are not benefiting from the dividends of democracy see his government as weak and not effective enough. They dont necessarily see his government as evil. Get a grip. luvmijeje:You're back to your old dodging a question tricks again hmm? Your answer to question 8 doesnt have a response to question #9: "What is it necessary that man was exposed to evil" luvmijeje:I can live with all this luvmijeje:Let me paint a scenario luvmijeje. Say you live in a gated entrance and security manned housing estate, but in the middle of the night truckload of armed robbers overpowered the security men at the gate, tied them up, then started a house to house, door to door visit in the estate, plundering, manhandling everyone they accost. You can see on the CCTV, the evil they are meting out, blood etcetera everywhere, they havent got to your house as you live at the furthest part of the estate. Now will you consider praying to God, to stop the evil approaching your house or not PS: I intentionally made the scenario not to be violently charged graphic and for obvious reasons |

And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire.I hope you know the book of revelation is a vision/dream All what that took place is never going to take place the way it is written. So that nullify the scripture you quoted. Haba luvmijeje, have the fear of God in you now. Which mouth did you use to say this blasphemy and/or which fingers did you use to type this meshugas, hmm?Am I wrong? To you is good but to those who are negatively affected it is evil. Bullshit! The answer to question 1 doesnt correlate, it is not in agreement or harmony to question #2 asked here. What has Jesus whipped got to do with give me a breakdown of what eating the fruit of the TKGE is meant to lead to, erhn? You just have to show your crafty nature hmm?Since it flew over your head, I will break it down further. Gen 2:17 But you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die." If man was capable of only good, there will have been no need for this instruction. God gave 2 instructions ......Don't eat and live or eat and die. What does that tell you. Before Adam even eat out of the fruit of good and bad man was already a carrier of good and evil. If they were not, God wouldn't have given that instruction. Man by design are carrier of good and evil. Of course, there isnt a man born of a woman who's end is not death, but that is for now and no prizes for guessing luvmujeje, who gets to have the last laughWell the answer is death. Any other answer is faith. Look at you dodging a simple, easy, direct and straightforward question, you have no shame. How difficlt is it for you to respond to question #4: "what is better, is it better for man to have a choice to do or not do evil (e.g. to steal or not steal a fruit) than to have good forced upon himFucking calm down. You are becoming emotional and simplistic in your reasoning. Was Leah given a choice before evil was meted upon her? You can only control what you will do. You can't control the actions of others. What would your good do if evil didn't exist?Again you are being simplistic in your reasoning. the good I do doesn't necessarily neutralise the evil that will be done me. If it does, Leah should not be facing what she is facing. 6. When was evil first detected luvmijeje, when did it first begin? What was the first evil? What was its stimulus, lol"What a foolish question to ask. You should have ask who was the first man on earth. if man was not exposed to evil, please tell me what stealing is luvmijeje. Is stealing a virtue or something morally good? If man according to you, is a carrier of evil, at what time did this happen, did man become a carrier of evil? Smh, luvmijeje, ease up, OK? Now what in a simple definition, originally, is evil, luvmijeje, lol?Very simplistic with your reasoning. I will give an example to answer your question. A man stole apple from a trader due to hunger(You can insert any reason). He stole to survive. That is not evil. Afterall the Isrealilites stole lands from Canaanites based only on the dream Abraham has. But to the trader, it is evil. Also to the Canaanite what the Isrealite did was evil. Will you stop this your crazy talk. Those who are not benefiting from the dividends of democracy see his government as weak and not effective enough. They dont necessarily see his government as evil. Get a gripYou are obviously not being at the receiving this government policy. So your reasoning is understandable. Your answer to question 8 doesnt have a response to question #9: "What is it necessary that man was exposed to evil" Muttleylaff, Again I am re-iterating, man is a wielder of evil. |

What makes you think, all what that's in it, is never going to take place the way it is written, huh? luvmijeje:I am sure you are smart enough to know we are not going to be subjected to a life of never ending and/or uninterrupted long lasting evil. Hmm? luvmijeje:You arent only wrong, but you're completely out of order. You have move up from from slandering Apostle Paul and upgraded to taking a swipe at Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour of the whole wide world luvmijeje:You have just reinforced my suspicion that you don't have a scooby doo whatever it is you're talking about. You're that theologically thick and blind, smh, that you're unable see in Matthew 21:12 and/or John 2:13-18, the symbolisms and bigger picture. luvmijeje:That "it flew over your head" was my line I used for you. I used "... went swoosh over your head, like as if it was a Naija Airforce fighter jet..." on you, so hands off that line and go freshly construct your own lines, you unoriginal barawo shameless thief. luvmijeje:At least, we know you dont have the foggiest idea: 1/ What the full and detailed meaning of Genesis 2:17 is. ramification 2/ What is the meaning of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil (i.e. TKGE) 3/ What the Good signifies/represents and what the Evil signifies/represents 4/ What "you will certainly die" means after "for when you eat from it" Lets see you, break down the four above nah. Pftt. I wont be surprised, when business as usual, you refuse addressing the four above, lol luvmijeje:Is "don't eat and live or eat and die" really what God said luvmijeje, hmm? When and where did God give these your figment of the imagination two instructions? luvmijeje:The only instruction given was not to steal. The only instruction given was not to take another person's property without the Owner's expressed consent to have it. Dont be daft luvmijeje, man was not and never, by a conscious behavior or deliberate design, created as a carrier of good and evil. Evil, is the absence of good, just as darkness is the absence of light. If you understood what the actual meaning of the TKGE or the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil is, you wouldnt be showing yourself up this way, lol luvmijeje:""26And the enemy death shall be destroyed last: For he hath put all things under his feet. And whereas he saith, 55Where is your sting, oh death? Where is your victory, oh, Sheol/grave?"" - 1 Corinthians 15:26, 55 Wrong answer because man and not faith, is, who gets to have the last laugh, lol. luvmijeje:"Fucking calm down" are my adopted middle names. It is you who actually is simplistic in your reasoning and now drama queen getting emotional, like as if there a bee caught up inside your knickers. Basic, easy and/or elementary bible you dont comprehend. luvmijeje:"And to Adam He said: “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat, cursed is the ground because of you; through toil you will eat of it all the days of your life." - Genesis 3:17 You must have gotten amnesia, to not remember from Genesis 3:17 above, that barrenness instead of fruitfulness is what man got for the trouble of stealing the fruit from the TKGE. It is the archetypal barreness that visited Rachel. If the fruit wasnt stolen, there wouldnt have been any case of barreness. Now tell me luvmijeje confused.com: 1/ What is evil was meted upon Leah, hmm? 2/ Who is/are the instigator(s) or originator(s) of the alleged evil meted upon Leah, lol, hmm? 3/ Why do you think Leah was hated, what was she hated for luvmijeje, hmm? luvmijeje:"Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you." - Psalm 91:7 The good you do luvmijeje, all your righteous deeds luvmijeje, are like filthy rags. They are like rassclaat, bomboclaat or in a language you'll know, they are like a menstrual cloth. Now, are you that so doubtful of Psalm 91:7 above, O ye of little faith, hmm luvmijeje? Have you heard the words, grace, favour, providence etcetera, hmm? luvmijeje:Humour me nah luvmijeje, what exactly is it, that Leah was facing that she shouldnt have to face, hmm, lol? luvmijeje:Only a foolish person will quickly and easily recognise a foolish question, lol. Let me rephrase the question for you, so to make it easier and plainer to answer. When was evil first detected in man and man's world luvmijeje, when did it first begin? What was the first evil committed by man? What was its stimulus, lol? luvmijeje:Stealing to survive is no justification for theft. Robbing Peter, to pay Paul, is evil. Did God tell the man to go steal the apple, hmm? Did the man receive instructions from God to go steal the apple? luvmijeje:"I will give the whole land of Canaan --the land where you are now residing --to you and your descendants after you as a permanent possession. I will be their God."" - Genesis 17:8 "13Then the LORD said to Abram, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not their own; they will be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years. 14But I will judge the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will depart with many possessions. 15You, however, will go to your fathers in peace and be buried at a ripe old age. 16In the fourth generation your descendants will return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete.” " - Genesis 15:16 Smh. You're a shameless and unscrupulous big cheat liar. Six times, at least, other than that Genesis 15:16 above, God promised Abraham and his descendants that piece of real/royal estate Canaan land, so what the foxtrot uniform charlie kilo are you yarning and talking about, hmm? luvmijeje:You nothing other than a twisting things up liar and a crybaby luvmijeje:Of course because the moment man took a bite of the fruit of TKGE, man personally and actively, opened himself to get involved in a countless and/or extremely great number of good and evil firsthand experiences, lol |

Muttleylaff, l have landed. You're a clowning about abi? What makes you think, all what that's in it, is never going to take place the way it is written, huh? There are 2 people who have have the gift of dream interpretation in the Bible. Joseph and Daniel. Did their interpretation of dreams look similar to their dreams. The book of revelation is for those who have the gift of interpretation. Any literal meaning giving to it is false. The message in it is not for everyone. I am sure you are smart enough to know we are not going to be subjected to a life of never ending and/or uninterrupted long lasting evil. Hmmoga, I never claim we will be subjected to uninterrupted long lasting evil. Please read my posts again, if you are still confuse rephrase that question. You aren't only wrong, but you're completely out of order. You have move up from from slandering Apostle Paul and upgraded to taking a swipe at Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour of the whole wide worldLogically tell me how my statement was a slander. Do you actually think those whose source of livelihood was destroyed were happy with Christ? You have just reinforced my suspicion that you don't have a scooby doo whatever it is you're talking about. You're that theologically thick and blind, smh, that you're unable see in Matthew 21:12 and/or John 2:13-18, the symbolisms and bigger picture.John 2 :14 -15 And He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers [b]doing business. 15 When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables. Again my question to you, do you think those who were drove away were happy with the action Christ took? He took their source of livelihood away. A source of income they used in feeding their family. Why didn't Christ create or build another place for them to do business. To you all, Christ's action is good but for those who bear the burnt of that action, it is evil. That "it flew over your head" was my line I used for you. I used "... went swoosh over your head, like as if it was a Naija Airforce fighter jet..." on you, so hands off that line and go freshly construct your own lines, you unoriginal barawo shameless thief. We are both thieves because I am absolutely sure you also learnt that phrase from somewhere else. At least, we know you dont have the foggiest idea:At this point, be warned. I am about to turn your upside down. Gen 2 : 16-17 And the LORD God commanded him, “You may eat freely from every tree of the garden, but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die 1. The above verse sir is a lesson in obedience. 2. There is no nothing wrong with the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The tree is just like every tree in the garden. What brought down Adam and Eve is not the fruit they ate. It is disobedience . What do I mean? Gen 3 :22 22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever Emphasis on one of us. God himself is a carrier of good and evil. There is nothing wrong with that tree of knowledge of good and evil. What was wrong is disobedience. They ate it when they were told otherwise. 3. The tree of knowledge of good and evil is only figurative and not literal. 4. The die is also figurative and not literal. What stop Adam and Eve from living forever is not because they eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. It is because they stop having access to the tree of life which they had access to before their disobedience. What do I mean ? Gen 2 : 9 9 And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil Is "don't eat and live or eat and die" really what God said luvmijeje, hmm? When and where did God give these your figment of the imagination two instructions?Since you are a slow learner. Let's go back again to Gen 2 ;16-17 And the LORD God commanded him, “You may eat freely from every tree of the garden, but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die Instruction 1 : Eat from every tree of the garden and live Instruction 2 : Eat from from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and die " 26And the enemy death shall be destroyed last:As I said Faith. Not reality. You must have gotten amnesia, to not remember from Genesis 3:17 above, that barrenness instead of fruitfulness is what man got for the trouble of stealing the fruit from the TKGE. It is the archetypal barreness that visited Rachel. If the fruit wasnt stolen, there wouldnt have been any case of barreness.Bullshit response. Was it actually stealing. Afterall God gave them dominion over every trees Gen 1: 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. Stealing is taking what is not yours. They took what is rightfully been promised to them. Now tell me luvmijeje confused.com:What foolish questions. A young lady was taken against her wills. Rape repeatedly. Humiliated. Shamed. And you still have the gut to ask what evil was done. I spit on you. The only crime Leah committed was to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. "Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you,Says the man who's daughter was raped by his son. Who's son became his number 1 enemy. Who buried 3 of his children. Who also inflicted evils on others. Didn't he sleep with someone's else wife. yeah right. When was evil first detected in man and man's world luvmijeje, when did it first begin? What was the first evil committed by man? What was its stimulus, lol?Again a foolish question. If we are going to go by biblical account. The first evil is committed by God . He is the first carrier of good and evil. Want do I mean? Gen 1 : 22 22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever Emphasis again one of us, to know good and evil. In Gen 1 God said man was created in his image but above verse revealed it is not true. It was when man went against his instruction that it was revealed that it wasn't true. God lied. After death, the biggest evil is lies. God lied. " 13Then the LORD said to Abram, “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not their own; they will be enslaved and mistreated four hundred years.According to the verse above, emphasis the land that is not their own. They raped, they killed, they lied ,they coveted someone's property based on what Abraham said God told him. What was the different between what the Israelite did and Boko-haram. After all they are also carrying out evil in the name of God. |

luvmijeje:Madam confused.com has landed luvmijeje:What literally meaning have you on this thread read that has been given to the book of Revelation, hmm, ase? luvmijeje:If you never claimed, then why did you type: "that nullify the scripture you quoted" when I typed: "And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire" quoting Revelation 20:14 then? luvmijeje:You with your big mouth, typed: "To those doing business, what Christ did was evil" luvmijeje:You really dont get the symbolism of that demo, hmm?. luvmijeje, remember and with profound respect, it is the Lord, your God, for it is He who is gives the power to make wealth, lol (i.e. paraphrased from Deuteronomy 8:18) Source of livelihood indeed, exploiting others, doing forex, getting money by unfair means like overpricing, charging too high a price for pairs of turtledove and/or pigeons, used for a cleansing, turning the temple into a place for merchandising etcetera. Fyi luvmijeje, our Lord and Saviour of the world, Jesus Christ, when he overturned the table and frogmarched out the animals was making a statement, meaning He was letting them know that the shop is closing, the old guard is being replaced by a new guard. He in effective was cleansing the temple in preparation for the permanent more effective and best ever cleansing possible. A new Sheriff had entered town, lol, luvmijeje. Everything that happened on that day, the whipping, stopping and putting an end to animals, as animals would no longer be necessary to appease God, the cleansing of the temple, and thats including those shady characters too, etcetera were a foreshow, as in meaning were advance signs or warnings of what is to come and what Jesus is going to accomplish in the future. luvmijeje:"” 12Then Jesus went into the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those selling doves. 13And He declared to them, “It is written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer.’ But you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”" - Matthew 21:12-13 Why should Christ create a den of robbers or build another place for them to do their dishonest and shady business, hmm luvmijeje? Abi Jesus was lying when He tagged them as robbers ni, hmm? luvmijeje:"Gbogbo wa lole... Ẹni ilẹ mọ ba ni barawo" loosely translated "we're all thieves, but someone like you caught at the crack of dawn, with hand in the cookie jar, is a hardcore armed robber" luvmijeje:"So they hanged Haman, on the very gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai." - Esther 7:10a luvmijeje, you're about to turn yourself upside down. You're just like Haman in that Esther 7:10 above, about to do an own goal and watch this, score against yourself, lol, bwahahaha. luvmijeje:Of course, it is a lesson in obedience, however it is more than my dear lady madam sister friend. Fyi, one of the bigger picture of this, is that, this is a test luvmijeje. The test of a man, just like as happened to A&E, in the garden of Eden, is to have something too attractive and tempting before him and her, to see how or how not he/her will do when no God and/or one is watching. Will he/she resist the urge and/or temptation to steal. lol. luvmijeje:Did you read anyone say, there was anything wrong with the TKGE, huh? Of course, TKGE was just like every other tree in the garden of Eden, but it was for a very good and strong reason, specifically classified as out of bounds to A&E. What are you yapping about now and arguing blindly over, especially, if it is a fact that, the fruit of the TKGE was outside the limits of what A&E were permitted to eat, huh? Smh. luvmijeje: So what about "one of us" hmm? Why didnt you finish the sentence nah? Why quarter heart quoting a verse that when properly quoted, says: "Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil". Hmm? Fyi, luvmijeje, what Genesis 3:22 was expressing, is that man, because of eating the fruit off the TKGE, has now aligned himself into a position to start experiencing and coming into contact with the whole spectrum of what is good and what is evil, lol, just as like the Godhead. luvmijeje, I am 10000% sure, you dont know what the meaning of the TKGE is because if you did you would have given me an answer when I repeatedly earlier asked you, lol. luvmijeje, everyday is a school day, lol and so fyi, if you still havent grasped anything, just learn this one here today, that the TKGE or the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil figure of speech, is a merism. I am 10000% sure you dont appreciate and know that the Good, in that context, is translated from a word, that means and typifies "Beautiful" and the Evil, in that context, is translated from a word, that means and typifies "Adversity". So, the "Beautiful", means and represents, all and everything in between, thats dandy and good and the "Adversity", means and represents, every hardship, bad and ugly, difficult or unpleasant situation that possibly can happen. Once A&E ate the fruit off the TKGE, it paved the way for them, to begin having first hand experiences of several shades and/or parts of all that's "Beautiful" and all that's "Adversity" They essentially and officially have become gods, positioned themselves to begin judging between beautiful and adversity. Good times & bad times, what's pretty & what's ugly, what's bitter & what's sweet, what's pain & what's pleasure, what's orgasmic & what's frigid, screams & whispers, laughing & crying, smiling & frowning, commotion & tranquility, mourning & jollification partying, hard life & easy life, poverty & wealth, sickness & healthy, strong & weak etcetera luvmijeje, the fact of the matter is that, A&E after eating the fruit, opened up a "Pandora box" and the floodgate for all sorts of by-products, the whole shebang spectrum of all that's "Beautiful" and all that's "Adversity" was unleashed into A&E's world. luvmijeje:Of course they isnt anything wrong with the TKGE. The dutifully, was serving its purpose for being there in the garden, lol. You can say that again about what was wrong is disobedience, but it also was wrong to take without permission another person's property lol. luvmijeje: Smh and Jesus wept. I guess you're, sooner or later, next going to also say A&E are only figurative and not literal, hmm, lol? luvmijeje:"but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die.”" - Genesis 2:17 When will you begin to stop all this half hearted nonsensical interpretation of bible text, huh? luvmijeje, you never cease to amaze me with your unthinkingly interpretation of bible tex. Listen luvmijeje watch and read this. OK, here's the thing about Genesis 2:17 above luvmijeje. The "surely" part, is an important first keyword, it is all about guaranteeing something. It is God, with a strong sense of certainty, lol, giving His word about/over something, while the "die" part is a second significant keyword and the something, it's what being guaranteed that will happen if/when the fruit of the TKGE is taken to eat. luvmijeje:Look at you making a dog's right dinner of the whole of Genesis 3:22 You have at every level, corner, stop etcetera brutally butchered Genesis 3:22. You've made a right mess of Genesis 3:22 and spoiled the the interpretation with your unconvincing, unimpressive hermeneutic and poor taste eisegesis, smh. Yes fyi luvmijeje, in the original Hebrew text, where and/or when God said, "... thou shall surely die", The "surely die" comment, has the meaning, translated as "slow death", lol, and the meaning, conveys, a sense and reality of gradually ceasing to be, lol. It is, as it were, merely stating emphatically and/or publicly, to A&E, that, the moment after eating, they will have a gradual fading and/or die away existence, lol. Now, true to God's words, the thing He particularly warned Adam about, happened when A&E ate the fruit, though spiritual death, first instantly happened. Oh, for your benefit luvmijeje, shadeyinka and others interested, spiritual death, simply means, the departure of man’s spirit from his body, leading to a separation of man and God (i.e. man no longer having "unmetered" contact with God). I digress, back on track, true to God's promise, man did die. He died spiritually death first and physical death, is the end of the "slow death" Adam was told of. After A&E's spiritual death, the process of decline and deterioration kicked in. Everything, over time, will begin going down and/or looking south. At the end of the decline, deterioration, body organ failings, aging etcetera, lol comes and so, we have, an awaiting physical death. Yep, it surely, as God warned and guaranteed, from spiritual death to physical death, is a slow death, indeed for man, lol. It was a slow, 930 years long, before Adam died, lol. The slow tick, tock, tick, tock, mortality clock came alive and started to tick tock tick tock from after the lunge at the fruit and subsequent eating of it. Thou shalt surely die, essentially is what man truly is doing and putting into good practice. Man, the second he is born, is dying. Is having a slow death, just as warned and/or promised by God that it will certainly happen, lol luvmijeje:"If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking." - James 1:5 Look at coal calling snow black, lol. The joke is on you. What an irony. luvmijeje:Stop trying to make fetch happen luvmijeje:Capital YES. It was stealing, A&E didnt have God's permission to eat that fruit, they stole it. luvmijeje:Be fooling yourselg there, lol luvmijeje:I have tried using style to correct you, but you still are none the wiser. This is how and why you interpret the bible upside down, when you turn everything thing about it on its head. Now tell me, do you know how to tell Dinah apart from Leah, huh, madam oversabi? luvmijeje:What is the man's name and what is his daughter's name? If you couldnt get your facts right, you shouldnt be trusted with the bible alone. You dont know the understanding of the importance of telling the truth and not being disrespectful to God/Jesus luvmijeje:Here we go again, smh. You're unbalanced and unhinged. You have screws left loose and/or undone in your head, smh. luvmijeje:Do you see, how you repeatedly, youhave been showing yourself up now, hmm luvmijeje? luvmijeje, when an Artist is painting an image, does the likeness of the painting image, instantly or at once appear, or it is a gradual emerging appearance of the likeness that happens, lol? We are sketched in the image of the Godhead, but the likeness/resemblance to the Godhead progressing takes place slowly with every stroke of the Artist's painting brush lol. You wouldnt know anything about all this luvmijeje, all you best at doing is slandering and calling everyone including God evil and a liar, lol luvmijeje:Smh. You dont know jackshit meme. I pity you. luvmijeje:"The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;" - Psalm 24:1 Are you sane at all? Are you for real, hmm luvmijeje? Does Psalm 24:1 above have any positive meaning to you, erhn? luvmijeje:Go siddon your smello self somewhere jor. The different between what the Israelite did and Boko-haram are: 1/ Boko-haram are a bunch of hypocrites, liars and ungodly lot. If "Western" or "non-Islamic" education really is a sin, why do Boko-haram make use of western innovations, technologies, luxuries, modern artifacts etcetera? 2/ The Israelite carried out judgement as per commanded by God, while Boko-haram carries out evil in the name of God and without being commanded by God |
