Connect ur phone to PC
Drag the song to where u see music

Please how can I update my iPhone 4s to iOS 9 because update one at again and I can't download it from anywhere my phone is totally empty and no app in the AppStore all says to update to version 10or 9 iOS what do I do

U rather should put ur movie under VLC cos Apple video playback is not accurate when fast forwarding
So u connect ur phone to pc and open iTunes
Click a phone icon in iTunes on the top left bar
Then click on FILE SHARING
Look for vlc and click on it
Drag the videos to it

Download document app on AppStore u browse and download through that place
OR
U can download my MyMedia and use its browser to download anything u want
But document would be better

Yeah
Move the pdf to any app folders u know it shows in file sharing
Like the one below
