Raalslghul please calm down too...we are all on the same team here, your fears are understandable cos it's all meant in good will but you have to understand that sometimes it's frustrating..but it's cool.. everything is alright and going as planned with BOP and that's the main thing..

And the rest too Minemrys, SMAUG, everyone..let's all just take a chill pill, wait for the movie to come out

Didnt you see RT critics like Grace Randolph talking about BOP on her twitter handle? Was that fan servicing? Isn't she a critic on RT? You think she's the only RT critic that watched the screening?


I have stated here that MOS was panned because of synder...most people/critics don't like him



I have never stated in any of my post that I am more DCian than anyone here.

However, I won't overlook post that talks out of lack of information or ignorance....Because silence is a form of acceptance, and if we keep quiet while ignorant people keep talking, they will end up looking as if they are right, which can be harmful to the franchise



You want BOP to succeed but you have never stated anything positive from your only post about it...weldone...Also, if you don't give a damn about RT, you won't be uncomfortable




Must we follow the MCU trend? Everyone is doing their thing.

DC is releasing R-rated movie, DC black label, and likely a DC Dark universe.....

How many marvel fans are trying to attack disney at the slightest opportunity for not having any R-rated stuff or a dark label/dark universe?

I didn't say any R-rated movie that makes #400m isn't a success, I categorically stated MCU and DCEU because of how popular they are. In fact, there is no household/family (currently) that one person is not conversant with either DC or Marvel's characters. For unpopular movies, like the core horror movies, I will say #400m is a huge success, but not to DC or Marvel. That number for DC or Marvel is not encouraging at all.

Social media reviews can't be taking that (much) serious cause they often come with feelings and much sentiments - like there is no way the majority of the goers won't speak good of the movie since most are either fans or ain't professionals/expert in critiquing. And also they are not allowed to vent their thoughts exponentially pending when the coast is finally clear to do so, which is after RT embargo has been lifted.
Do you remember how there was 7mins round of applause for the "JOKER" movie, but what happened when critics dived into it? Despite that movie was a masterpiece.

Bro, there is no information you have that we don't, myself specifically ok. You spend all your time here doesn't mean you know better in terms of what is happening around DC. People like you don't even go out the first week to see any premiered DCEU's movie, which I "don't miss".

What was charlies angels 2019 total BO? You want to compare a pG13 movie that made $70m total BO and and R-rated low budget movie that will make $400-600m+ or even more at the bo?

When joker was tracking for a $200-$300m+ final BO, i didnt see any of you coming here to tell us that this too low for almight Joker or DC or whatever.

Also, bop budget is $80m, no matter how e bad reach, it will still make profit. And I still stand on my word that it will make at least $600m+ at the BO which is a huge win

Making profit/returns isn't the issue here, the issue is the fear of WB driving into panic-mode again by going for another, "wether na hard reboot, or na soft reboot" I go call am again.

This movie needs to make a "superlative profit/returns" before it can really be classified as success o. Not because it cost $80m - $90m than $350m or $400m is good. $400m for any cbm movie from DC or MCU is not a sign of good thing.
The late uplifting of the embargo is a sign of "all not being well", since their 2-3 past cbm movies' reviews were released 2-3wks before premiere date.
