The CEO, Akugbe ventures, Comr. Tony Kabaka Adun, has reacted to the unfortunate incidence that occured at his hotel premises this afternoon, which was fostered by the actions of the heavily embattled Godwin Obaseki. Speaking to some media influencers, the street governor, in a calm disposition made it known that for a case still in court, which was to be determined this Friday, it is surprising that the governor could resort to this measure. While giving thanks to God, The Akugbe boss, also reminded the masterminds of today's demolition, about the pregnancy of tomorrow. In his words, "thank God they have properties, they will leave government one day. After the reggae play the blues" he said. He also used the medium to send strong words to the heavily embattled Godwin Obaseki, where he made it known that his resolve to work against the undeserving second term bid of the embattled governor, remains unshaken. In his closing remarks, Comr. Tony Kabaka made it known that Benin is his home and no amount of political intimidation can chase him away from the city. The demolition will only create more enemies for Obaseki than friends. Even people who were neutral in his fight with Oshiomhole will now take side with his opponents as it can be seen clearly now that he’s the aggressor. This unfortunate demolition also set a very bad precedent in the state. Power is transient and nobody knows tomorrow. I don't know that this short thing can be humble like this. I thought he said that he is the son of a soldier that the governor can not pull his property down? Anyway the victim in all this fight is the poor Edo masses. Both Obeseki, oshomole and Tony kabaka are all fighting for their pockets none had the interest of the masses at heart. |
